Ok, so, I’m exhausted of tossing out shower poufs! Not only is it bad for the environment but also, my anal self can’t stand the idea of keeping one in my shower for longer than three months because I’m terrified of what bacteria is lurking in one.

Victoria’s Secret Bare Is Like a Warm, Cozy Hug for Fall

Victoria’s Secret Bare Eau de Parfum is a new skin scent created to react with your body chemistry and produce a signature unique fragrance. The fragrance contains different musks with gorgeous sandalwood, mandarin Madagascar, and Egyptian violet. From my understanding, this will be a permanent part of Victoria’s Secret Fine Fragrance Collection going forward and is not a limited edition.

I sort of think of this as a nod to the viral sensation that PHLUR created called Missing Person. Missing Person is also a skin scent and creates an aura of something that is familiar when worn. Victoria’s Secret obviously was not duplicating that marketing by any means (as we know the love to copycat) but it just feels very PHLUR like the way they went about marketing this fragrance on social media, particularly on Tiktok. Honestly, it feels like they created the scent for Tiktok in the hopes it would gain as much attention as Missing Person did.

That being said, this isn’t a dupe or a copycat of Missing Person. It’s different, unique, and quite an experience that I highly recommend trying out as for me, it’s one of their best fragrance releases in a very long time.

All Beauty, Accessories, Clothing, and Goodies You Need to Get You Pumpkin Spice Season Ready!

Happy Pumpkin Spice Month! Have you had your first PSL of the season? I was away and got back Monday so, yesterday I celebrated what I consider the first day of Fall with an iced Pumpkin Spice Caramel Macchiato. I actually don’t usually drink coffee but yesterday my stress level was through the rough and I took comfort in that macchiato! Just the smell if it calmed me down.

I can’t like and say I actually like pumpkin spice anything. I mean, the macchiato was tasty enough but as far as cookies, cakes, cereals, ramen (yes, there’s pumpkin spice cup o’ noodles available), I’m just not really into it. I love the smell of it all but I’m a bit meh when it comes to eating it. I adore scrolling down the aisles of Trader Joe’s to see what sort of pumpkin spice items they launched. It thrills me! But actually buying and eating it, well, it doesn’t happen.

But the smell….

The smell of PSL or Pumpkin Spice anything I’m here for that! I love anything and everything scented like it. And of course, if I happen across cute clothing or accessories that celebrate pumpkin spice season I’m all about those.
