It’s True! Milani Has A 12 Pan Eyeshadow Palette

Milani Bold Obsessions Eyeshadow Palette is a new 12 pan eyeshadow palette that launched a few short days ago much to my surprise because really, have we ever seen a Milani Eyeshadow Palette this large!? I’m all about it! If you remember there was a collective excitement when Maybelline launched the Nudes Eyeshadow Palette as we had never seen a drugstore eyeshadow palette that big before. This gave birth to many others like the Revlon Not Just Nudes Eyeshadow Palette, the Almay Complete Look Palettes, and Covergirl Trunaked Eyeshadow Palettes.

I think it was rather novel to see drugstore palettes that had more than two to four shades and since that time more and more budget brands have embraced larger palette launches. As for Milani, it’s a first!

This new palette features 12 nude, natural shades in matte and metallic finishes that promise a “high pigment” formula. We’ll see how it goes. I’m expecting good things as Milani tends to not disappoint.

Milani Bold Obsessions Eyeshadow Palette is available now on their site at www.milanicosmetics.com for $20 and hopefully soon at drugstores.

Very interesting! It reminds me a bit, packaging-wise, of one of the Stila Eyes Are the Window palettes. I’m excited to hear some reviews on the formula!

I need another eyeshadow palette like I need a hole in my head, but I have to say that is so tempting. I really love Milani products, especially the eyeshadows. They are beautiful and many are highly pigmented. It’s going to be hard to talk myself out of this one!

I am interested in trying this. Do you know if that’s a good price point for Milani? They must plan on expanding because my local Walgreens had a bunch of empty wall space and said they were going to do a cosmetics reset and would be carrying Milani and another one. She said for sure there were some new lip glosses in a round case.

not really. I purchased it but thought it was kind of high for Milani. Milani is essentially a drugstore brand so $20 is quite high imho but I guess drugstore makeup has been going up and up lately so no great surprise right? They do have new glosses! I’ll be reviewing those shortly. They are quite nice 😀

There is a review of these palettes on YouTube, and one of the commenters has said they picked them up from their local Walmart for $14.95

I’m hoping they come out with other colorways. Do they still make their Bella Gel Powder Eyeshadow? That was some of the best, most pigmented, buttery eyeshadows ever, but only came in bulky singles (I still bought a bunch).

I hope they do more colorways. The format really does look like Stila’s .

This looks really lovely – fantastic shades and not one orangey one there either. I don’t mind if Milani increases their prices a little for this one as long as the quality is good. I mean, let’s look at what Too Faced charge for some of their palettes and they are just not worth it.
I love Milani’s products too, so I am crossing my fingers on this one. Very pretty design too.
