Caudalie Fler de Vigne Fresh Energizing Fragrance Review

Caudalie Fler de Vigne Fresh Energizing Fragrance 1

Caudalie has a few new fragrances available at the moment and feel free to correct me one that’s been repackaged.

Caudalie Fler de Vigne Fresh Energizing Fragrance has been around for a little bit I believe and escaped my notice but it takes a prominent role among the newest fragrance creations from the brand.

Repackaged in a a flattering slimline bottle with Caudalie’s grape emblem embedded on the bottle this shouts freshness without ever having to smell the fragrance inside! Founder and creator of Caudalie, Mathilde Thomas, was inspired to create these fragrances to capture the feeling of walking through her family’s vineyard during the dawn, noon, and dusk moments of her day!

For me Caudalie Fler de Vigne Fresh Energizing is a fresh start that celebrates dawn with a burst of sunshine, rain, and the uplifting, energized feeling of a a new day ahead!

Majolica Majorca Majolica Majoromantica F Fragrance Review

Majolica Majorca Majolica Majoromantica F Fragrance 1

Majolica Majorca is a Japanese sub-brand by Shiseido. It’s one of my very favorite brands from Japan however in recent years I’ve kinda fell off the fan girl bandwagon since many of the releases haven’t really captured my eye.

During the Holidays, MJ released a new fragrance Majolica Majoromantica which I enjoyed very much and most recently with the Summer Collection they released a new limited edition version of the scent.

Review: Welcome Back Stila Creme Bouquet Eau de Parfum

Stila Creme Bouquet Eau de Parfum 3

Although I was already a Stila fan girl at the time of it’s release I still have flashbacks of my intro to Stila whenever I smell Creme Bouquet. At the time of the Stila Creme Bouquet Fragrance release I was still a bit of a Stila virgin. I think my first collection from the brand was the Picnic in the Park one….does anyone remember that release? CLICK!

About two years later or perhaps a bit more Creme Bouquet was released along with Jade Blossom. And, please, correct me if I’m wrong wasn’t there a third fragrance as well? The trio, as I recall, was meant to be layered together to create different blends and that was actually how it was marketed. Needless to say I loved these fragrances and was ever so happy when Stila recently brought back to full size of Creme Bouquet but I stand by my right to say it’s a damn shame they didn’t bring back the other two.

Caution Lots of Coconut Ahead: Bath and Body Works Signature Coconut Collection Review

Bath and Body Works Signature Coconut Collection Summer 2011 1

I’ve been to a slew of various Caribbean islands and there’s always at least one guy on some street corner, fair, or flea market that has some sort of huge ass Silent Hill-like knife that’s splicing coconuts open and sticking a straw in ‘em to drink. It’s fascinating to watch because in most cases it’s a little old man who’s popping these things!

coconut

Yeah well, that’s my story of the day! Speaking of coconuts!

Bath and Body Works takes on everyone’s favorite tropical treat for the Summer with their new range Signature Coconut Collection. That collection features fragrance mists, lotions, potions, and even lipgloss in three new scents with a heavy base note of, why yes, you guessed it, coconut baby!

L’Occitane en Provence Pivoine Flora Eau de Parfum Review

LOccitane en Provence Pivoine Flora Eau de Parfum 5

Summer’s here…!

At least I think it’s here. We had a rather uneventful Spring with lots of rain and Summer kinda raced in to the point that AC is absolutely essential, SPF in large quantities should be worn, and a lightweight Summer fragrance needs to be picked out ASAP.

By the way, in other news, hordes of Jelly Fish crashed on Florida shores this weekend. The species is not really common (betcha they are related to the Kraken) and did sting a few peeps but Lifeguard’s had a “vinegar solution” on hand for those who did get stung…vinegar solution eh…hmmmm…..!

Pivoine Flora Eau de Parfum

Just a word to the wise this is why we have pools people. The beach has seaweed, unknown species of Jelly Fish that may or may not be related to the Kraken, and sand that will get up in your business.

Anyway….

’bout that lightweight Summer fragrance we all need!

L’occitane Pivoine Flora Eau de Parfum might be just the ticket and hopefully it keeps Jelly Fish at bay or at least works on their sting if you happen to subject yourself to the evil wiles of the beach.
