I recently reviewed Skin Food Aloe Sun BB Cream for you so I thought today I’d drag out the Skin Food Gingko Green BB Cream for a little swatch and review.
Since the two formulas are fairly similiar I do suggest choosing either one or the other but not both. That’s just my opinion though, you can of course indulge in both if you like but I find they are along the same formulas. I did want to review this anyway though since I enjoy using Shade 2 in the Aloe Sun version and didn’t have Shade 1 to swatch for you however in the Gingko Green formula I had indulged in Shade 1 so this is a good excuse to see the difference between the two if you refer back to my original review.
Let’s have a look!
I went through this phase where peeling gels were kinda my deal. However, if you have terribly dry skin they really aren’t a great pick for exfoliation.
However, if you’re sensitive, oily, or combo they are a gentle way to exfoliate skin without stripping it. On the upside, they are also easy enough to use daily which makes for a great pick for drier skin which tends to go dry if you’re using an exfoliator that’s gritter or “scrubbier” for lack of a better word.
Skinfood Pineapple Peeling Gel is a gentle way to exfoliate skin.
How’s it work?
Skin Food Fresh Juice Toner is one of my favorite toners of all time. It smells great, hydrates nicely, and eases dullness just enough to make this Muse happy.
Take a peek!
Skin Food Aloe Sun BB Cream is another of my top BB Creams. I’m trying to review BB Creams that get a lot of airtime in my stash and not so much ones that sit around unused and unloved.
This isn’t the best BB Cream in the world mine you but it is one I tend to reach for a lot. It has a fairly large cult following with some folks absolutely adoring it and others not really feeling the love.
Of course, as I mentioned before, BB Creams are a super personal experience. You have to try a ton to find your perfect formula and shade.
Let’s take a peek at the Aloe Sun one and see what’s so great about it.
As far as I’m concerned a good cuppa tea is always the focus of my morning, my mid afternoon, and finally before bed.
Why shouldn’t it also be apart of my beauty regime?
Skin Food Good Afternoon Tea BB Cream Collection launched a few months ago and I’ve been meaning to do a review on these so I finally hauled them out of my stash today and started taking photos and preparing for some posts.
But until I’m ready to post those reviews, have a look at the variety of formulas, see which is for you…
And btw California girls, visit a Skin Food near you…
