Beauty Bits & Bobs
I do alot of Beauty Abroad here on Musings. Japanese Brands, Korean, British…you name it and I try to cover it.
But if you really want beauty abroad in a clever way you have to check out Beauty-Free!
I just discovered this site today and Imma say it’s brilliant. The site is dedicated to Duty Free beauty discoveries. Seriously, how brills is that?
Every single post is about duty free beauty products you’d find at the airport….I think I’m in love.
Since I happen to love punishing myself with makeup and skincare that proves tricky to locate this is the perfect little website for me.
Visit Beauty-Free at beauty-free.co.uk I think you’ll love it as much as I do!
Now we should probably arrange a road trip around the world to gather up all the fab finds on this site right? Anyone wanna come with?
Korean brand, Tony Moly, has a skincare range that’s taken Korea by storm…what’s so amazing about it?
It contains over 70% Snail Mucus…ya know, that friendly little slimy trail snails leave behind as they slowly crawl away.
Are you ok with skincare that contains snail mucus?
How about over 70% of it?
Avon SuperSHOCK Eye Liner is a brand new gel eyeliner that has a budget friendly price tag.
Take a look!
Mally has released her new Poreless Face Defender Super Natural Blush. The blush is available as a pre-order (it’ll ship at the end of the month) at QVC.com.
Let’s take a look!
Sephora.com really needs a wish list feature…or even a recommendation one. Let’s not get too technical thought, a wish list to start with is fine by me!
Sadly, it’s not available as of yet on their website but maybe in the future. Until that time you can download and install the Amazon.com Wish List Plugin which allows you to use your Amazon Wish List on any retail site!
This cool plugin allows you to add a little “Amazon” Icon to your browser which when clicked adds items to your Amazon Wish List. It can be used on any retail site across the web so you can compile lists for all your favorite sites including Sephora.com
I labeled my new wish list “Beauty Wants” and simply click the Amazon button to add items onto the list.
Until Sephora adds in a wish list feature, this is the next best thing! Get the plugin at Amazon.com
Note: I wasn’t taking Sephora’s Gift Registry into consideration with this post. I found it easier to use Amazon’s plugin since I spend so much time on the site! Sephora does allow you add items to your shopping cart and to keep them there however if you’re checking out and have a large cart you have to remove those items if you are not planning to buy them so this isn’t really a solution for a wish list.
