I have to say a million things ran through my head upon seeing the new MAC Veluxe Pearlfusion Shadow Palettes. First they reminded me of Milani’s Runway Eyeshadow Palettes than it came to my attention hey, they look a lot like some of the shadow palettes I own from Japanese brand KATE, and finally I was thinking of the old Mirenesse Piano Eyeshadow and Lipstick Palettes I have stashed away somewhere.

Needless to say these palettes are vastly different from anything MAC has done in the past.

I’ve already reviewed one of these palettes in a prior post and today I thought I’d explore my second favorite shade in this collection, Textured Mauve. Honestly, this is more dusky pink than mauve but either way I’m all about it.

It’s a funny thing about facial masks I’ve tried SO many but can’t say I’ve tried a variety from Japan. In most cases my facial sheet masks come from either Korea or Taiwan. For all my love of Japanese makeup you’d think that I’d have tried more brands of facial sheet masks from Japan but that’s simply not the case.

Needless to say when I noticed the publicity that Lululun was getting in Japanese magazines I was quite curious about the brand and decided to order some of the masks and try them out.
