Beautifully Disney Makeup Collection

Beautifully Disney EyeShadow Palette

Beautifully Disney is a new Makeup and Cosmetic Collection that recently launched in Disney Park store locations. Even more recently the collection is available on at the Disney Store website.

If you’re a huge Disney fan I imagine this could prove exciting. With Sephora creating beautiful Princess Makeup Collections you’d think Disney would want to launch something equally special.

There makeup collection is a little more reserved. It’s a step in the right direction that’s for sure! As a beauty lover I know I love the idea of a Disney inspired makeup collection. However, compared to Sephora’s release these pieces aren’t really all that amazing. But at the least they are entertaining us and hopefully they’ll improve with future offerings.

Now the collection online includes eyeshadow palettes and lipglosses but within the parks there is also a range of nail polishes too!

Take a look!

This isn’t the first time Disney has launched a cosmetic collection as earlier last Fall they had a Villain Makeup Collection you might recall. The new Beautifully Disney Collection thought is a combination of both!

Beautifully Disney Eye Shadow $27.95

  • Enchanted Kiss
  • Midnight Hour

Beautifully Disney EyeShadow Palettes

Beautifully Disney Eye Shadow Palette

Check out these prices eh? $27.95 for an eyeshadow palette? Ouch! If I knew the quality was great I might consider it but my mind runs towards E.L.F. quality…but who knows they might blow me away.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. That is a pretty hefty price tag, I’d like to get them for collector purposes, but I’d like to see swatches hehe. They look a lot like Sugarpill’s palettes, which the eyeshadows are pretty freakin’ large.

I’m from Florida and currently am in California visiting my friend, and I saw these in a store in Downtown Disney! I was drooling over the Ariel gloss but my friend dragged me away because “they were too expensive and would probably suck.” I also saw nail polishes too, if I’m remembering correctly.

  • Melissa

The packaging reminds me a lot of SugarPill. Doubt they are the quality, but would be awesome if it were.

  • Diane

Omg girl i love you!!! I was researching this collection the other day and couldn’t find info on it!! Had no idea its in disney stores, was going to ask my brother to get it for me when he goes out to disneyland next month. I agree it is pricey, especially the shadows but im a disney princess junkie and need them lolol

😀 my pleasure chica…it’s also online at disneystore.com 😀 any of the theme park stores carry it as well 🙂

I saw this when I was in Disney not too long ago. I was tempted, but it didn’t seem like the quality was all that great for the price. Plus I was spoiled by Sephora and I’m waiting for the Ariel palette to go on sale.

I have the lip gloss with Ursala on it (Soul Survivor) and I actually think the quality is nice. It’s pretty pigmented and doesn’t leave a sticky feeling on my lips. The lighter shades don’t seem like they’d be a pigmented to me.

I saw all of these in person a couple weeks ago. The more colorful glosses are quite lovely, though I’m not sure what kind of quality they are. I picked up the Ursula gloss and plan to try it in a few days.

I have the princess mini-nail polish set and a larger bottle of the Ursula polish. A friend of mine says the polishes are the stars in this collection, and I got them hoping she’s right! I’m going to try one of them soon as well.

The eyeshadow palettes… IMO, they are poor quality. They are too sheer and not buildable enough, and the container itself is too flimsy. I don’t think it would hold up well in travel or even tossed in a purse or bag.

  • Simone

I saw 2 rave reviews from legit nail blogs on the polishes, the swatches were beautiful!!

  • Jacqueline

I’m pretty sure that this collection has been around for a while. And by the way, i found your blog about 3 weeks ago and i’m in love! 😀

    • the Muse

aw thanks jacqueline 🙂 It’s nice to meet you! I think this launched earlier this Spring but the original villain one was around since Fall. but don’t quote me ;-D

  • Akasha

While it looks pretty, I want it for collector purposes, I’m not surprised with the prices. Just about anything at Disneyland/world is super expensive.

  • Angel

I was dying to get my hands on this collection when it first launched, but it’s just so-so to me. I like the packaging more than the products. And they are definitely pricey!

I held my breath when I clicked on the rest of the post and…. i’m disappointed! Sephora did such a good job, and from what I heard the reason why it was limited to 3 princesses was b/c Disney was going to put out their own collection. For almost $30, the shadow palettes look flimsy (reminscent of stila’s $10 palettes, as well as Sugarpill – but I will have no other complaints w/ Sugarpill b/c the quality is so amazing). The shadow palettes also aren’t that interesting, shade-wise. I’m not surprised by a more neutral palette, especially since they need to appeal to a wide audience.

You forgot the 5 piece brush set! I am at Disney world right now in my hotel room lol. I just purchased the brushes for $19.95 but I also got a 10% discount as well because the merchandise hostess was really nice!!! I am very surprised at the quality. The are synthetic hairs BUT it feels soooo much like real hair that it shocked me!!! Plus the look HOT!!! I love the uniquely dyed hot pink tips! What do you guys think of them??? How would you co pare them to a quality set of brushes??? I was holding out on purchasing brushes because I didn’t want to get any old cheap brushes that would fall apart. I bought these because they seemed pretty high quality! What is YOUR review on this?????? Thank You!!!

This might be a shot in the dark by Marlin’s wand; however, would have any of these treasures still available to buy?

    • Isabella Muse

maybe on ebay? Or check Walgreens they might not have these but they do a lot of different disney stuff makeup collaborations!
