        I usually use the sale to stock up on stuff that requires reoccurring replenishment like sheet masks and shampoo/conditioner. A lot more boring than new

    Holy moly, Sista Muse! Now that’s a haul. I think I mentioned previously that there wasn’t much I wanted that I didn’t have — including the Huda palette which is still in stock and irritates me to no end because I bought in pre-sale worrying it would sell out. But I did haul two Viseart blush palettes that I’d planned all along. You know eye shadow palettes are my thing, but I have been adding mid-to-high end blushes into my stash because, like eye shadows, there really is a quality difference.

      I WAS TEMPTED to buy it when it first launched sis! But I said eh, poor reviews and such maybe I’ll wait and I’ll hope to get lucky! Got lucky! Hey, no one says you can’t return it and reorder it right? 😀 I didn’t get and Viseart, it’s a brand haven’t really indulged in yet but I really should at 20% off right? AHHHHH! 😀

        I have the Huda pallet as of yesterday and I’m not sure why its got some bad reviews? It’s wonderful and the matte colors are great an the color payoff is there. I did have some fallout with the 3D colors, but other than that is a great pallet. 😀 I’m not sure what time the Sephora site started the sale but at 12:20am it would not let me use the 20ROUGH and some of my items were sold out when I got up. 🙁

          dunno! But there’s quite a few poor reviews out there! I can’t wait to try it, hopefully I like it as much as you! 12:20 AM EST? If you tried at that time it likely didn’t work but at 12:20 PST it was live. I did that tips and tricks post explaining to try at PST because Sephora typically used West Coast time zone when doing sales, black friday deals 🙂

            Well I admit I didn’t get time to read all the post yesterday. Now I know. West coast time! And that is why the games are played so late. I left my hubby and daughter at 12:15 and they stayed up til 1. If it’s not a sale – I’m going to bed LOL 😀

    Farmacy Honey Potion mask, Fresh Sugar Lip Spree, Maison Margiela Discovery Set For Her (thank you for encouraging me to wait for the sale!), Dior Addict Lipstick in City Lights, and Clinique Cheek Pop in Black Honey. That was my first order. I also grabbed the 100 point travel size of the Clinique Take the Day Off balm that I already know and love, because I’d like it in a travel size. And, now I’m loading up my cart for a second order, though I’m not sure I’m going to follow through; so far I’ve got Drunk Elephant Baby Pekee/Juju Bar travel duo, Drunk Elephant sunblock (reviews are all over the place but I want it to work for me so bad! really want to see if a silicone-free sunblock would help with my breakouts; I couldn’t help wondering if the silicones I can’t seem to quit are the reason why their TLC Framboos serum didn’t do it for me). And I’m still shopping, on the fence about venturing into the world of Dr Jart. I could go on. And on. And on. But I’m going to take a breath or two first!

      Emily, I’m so glad you got that one! Let me know what you think? Replica is fantastic! Excellent haul by the way! I’m a little on the fence about Drunk Elephant, I tried one item that was raved but wasn’t quite impressed so I went with some of the mini sets before trying anything larger! Do it, if you have dry skin, def try the lotion and cream 😀 it’s great (although it does have a fragrance so if you’re sensitive maybe avoid). Haha good luck resisting!

    in my mind i didn’t buy much: 2 briogeo hair care items, 2 madam cj beauty hair care items and one of those wander beauty lipstick duos. i stock my skincare from ulta but i am thinking about going back for the sunday riley UFO oil, too. i almost got the josie maran surreal skin balm, but she has a tsv this month so i held out. her site runs 20% off often enough where it’s no biggie.

    If you haven’t tried yet, I highly recommend Viseart eye shadows. They are some of the best and being OCD when it comes to eye shadow palettes, I have all of them. So it was only natural that I added their blushes! I know I’ll eventually have all of those, too, but since blushes aren’t my obsession, I can pace myself.

    I’ll probably take another look (or two or three) at the website to see if there’s anything else I can justify purchasing. I can always rationalize and buy enough odds-and-ends to fill a basket, but I’m going with the “quality over quantity” mantra. Feel free to remind me of that.

    Serious damage. But, oh well. I have been waiting a year for this. If I don’t like the product, I can always send it back. I have spent too much money this week. I bought a new bed and Sephora. I’m done. Next week, I’m buying a new couch. Help me Ms. Muse!!! 🙂
