Juicy Couture Majestic Woods & Royal Rose Bring a Magic To Your Fragrance Wardrobe!

Juicy Couture Majestic Woods and Royal Rose Eau de Parfum are two new fragrances inspired by fairytales, magic, and imagination which is apparently the order of business in beauty trends at the moment eh? If you told me a few months ago that unicorns prancing through the beauty world would be a trend I’d have laughed!

It feels like Juicy Couture Majestic Woods and Royal Rose are a bit more sophisticated compared to fragrances the brand has released in the past. Each comes housed in Juicy’s standard cut crystal decanter each of which is either gold or rose metallic.

Majestic Woods is a classic woodsy scent according to the brand with a mysterious, magically fluidity that has notes of praline and amber. It sounds like it might be the more masculine of the two scents. Praline had me instantly thinking of Angel Muse and left to wonder how Majestic Woods smelled in comparison.

Royal Rose is a warm floral and the romantic of the two fragrances with notes of incense, suede, creamy, mush and heliotrope. How much different is it compared to Juicy’s recent Viva La Juicy Rose?

These are available in a single size of 3.4 oz each of which is $130 each and available at Sephora.com.

I’m looking forward to smelling these!

Anyone sniff them yet?

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. The notes of these have me intrigued. I’ve been wanting a new woodsy/green fragrance ever since Gucci discontinued Envy, but I’ve never found one I really liked! It’s actually surprising that I even liked Envy in the first place since I’m usually a Gourmand girl. The sweeter the gourmand the better, usually. Got Viva La Juicy Sucre recently, and I love that. I even got the 100ML bottle, although that was partially because the bottle is cuter (or tackier, depending).

haha I liked the bottle too, let’s be tacky twins together 😀 I thought it was cute! Cuppycakes are cute not tacky 😀 I’m kind of hoping for some gourmand, I perked up when I heard praline but seems like Juicy is going for something more serious with these two!

Haha, Tacky Twins it is! Not to mention cupcakes are YUMMY! The whole fragrance made me think yummy. 🙂

I wonder how the Royal Rose one smells. I’m always secretly hoping someone will come out with something that smells like Rose Jam! I keep hearing about all these different indie brands that make fragrances that are supposed to smell like it but have never taken the plunge and ordered something from any of them.
Also, on a completely post unrelated but still Lush related note, have you smells Lush’s LE Chocolate Easter Egg soap?!?! OMG it is to die for. So delicious. The website descriptions says it smells like chocolate, but I get more of the lemon and vanilla when I sniff it. I have it sitting in my bathroom and the entire place smells like it now! I need to buy an entire log of the stuff.

Don’t worry, most indie brands get rose jam spot on so, don’t fear trying them 😀 I have! It does smell yummy! I never really go by what Lush says something smells like as in my experience is smells utterly different from what they describe lol!
