Yeah, I know, Summer isn’t even officially here and Too Faced Fall 2017 released today. No worries I’d say the Glitter Bomb Prismatic Glitter Eyeshadow Palette and gorgeous round up of Melted Latex Liquified High Shine Lipstick shades will be perfect for Summer looks. Speaking of which the Natural Love Eyeshadow Palette would have been a better Fall release versus the Glitter Bomb Eyeshadow Palette don’t you agree!? Seems like the shades in this release are geared more towards the metallic trend we’re currently seeing.

Here’s a peek at what launched!

One of the more exciting aspects from this release is the fact that Born This Way Foundation and Born This Way Concealer has launched in a few new shades. So, if you couldn’t find a shade to fit you before, I know I was between shades with the concealer, now you might be able to score your match.

Too Faced Born This Way Setting Powder Ethereal Setting Powder $32
A new silky, lightweight powder with a subtle luminous finish that was created to complement all skin tones to reveal a brighter complexion.

Too Faced Glitter Bomb Prismatic Glitter Eye Shadow Palette $45
An eight pan eyeshadow palette that contains six sparkly prismatic glittery eyeshadows as well as a white and black matte shades used to brighten or intensify the glitter ones. You can use these shades wet or dry to create a foiled, crystal-like finish or wear them dry for a more glittery look.

Too Faced Melted Latex Liquified High Shine Lipstick $21
These new liquid lipsticks have the formula of a gloss with a high-shine finish and a honey-like texture and the pigmentation and color pay off of a full coverage lipstick that give lips gorgeous color and incredible latex-like shine and glossiness!

Too Faced Hangover 3-in-1 3-in-1 Replenishing Primer & Setting Spray $32
A coconut-infused hydrating facial mist that can be used to set makeup or refresh skin during the day!

Too Faced Fall 2017 is available now at toofaced.com and launches soon at sephora.com and ulta.com.

Okay but like…is it just me or or “melted latex” not something I want slathered on my lips? Lol…feel like the name could be more appetizing! That said, I bet that shine is gonna rock. Shiny or matte is my constant lip debate!

*might* be interested in the lip stuff, but as for metallic shadows? that’s a big box o’ NOPE for these old eyelids…. If the powder didn’t have a “luminous” finish to it (read: light to heavy glitter) I might be interested, but again, big box o’ NOPE. TF is getting tiresome with its reliance on wildly overpriced juvenile looking products…. The “cutsey-ness” of too faced is wearing thin on me, at least…. Maybe others like it, but the quality often really isn’t there either, so not a fan of TF, and this new launch just reinforces that… Just my 2 worth…

Your 2cents x millions of other users = hundreds of thousands of dollars lost for tf.

Nothing about this says “fall” to me. I know we’ve discussed how seasonal releases don’t seem to mean anything any more but I have zero interest in any of these. Oh well, lots of other things to spend my Ulta points on!

    • Isabella Muse

Right!? It feels more Summer to me. But no worries, before Fall comes they’ll have yet another collection that launches thus making this a Summer Collection and that a potential Fall one lol!

      • Susan

lol With these makeup releases, who needs a time machine? It’s fall in the summer, or maybe spring in the winter. Or maybe it’s next year already!

  • Dee

I very much agree. Not a fan of glitter but this palette for fall? Seems vey flip flop to me.

  • Leslie

Musie Darling….are you going to swatch and review the Glitter Palette? I’d be interested in your thoughts! <3

  • Sarah

I don’t support Too Faced anymore, but I do want to see reviews on their Glitter Bomb palette. Either it’s going to be very good, or fallout city.

But with their track record as of late, the shadows will probably be patchy and prone to leaving chunks of glitter upon thine cheeks.

I miss old Too Faced. Every release was a hit out of the park and anymore it’s just so…disappointing. 🙁

    • Leslie

Exactly what I’m afraid of Sarah….I don’t do glitter cheeks…lol

  • sleepybird

I can’t forgive them for the fact that every letter in the word GLITTER on the cover has a corresponding color inside EXCEPT that gorgeous green! I love greens like that! I have super dark brown eyes and grassy lime-y greens really help them pop. To tease that color on the lid but not follow up inside? Unforgivable.

Hmm – Too Faced and glitter? It could be fantastic or it could bomb – with TF you never know. And the lip glosses are a weird name – why not just called lip gloss?
It will be an interesting review Muse, and I hope you won’t have wasted your money.

  • Julie

Why is it called latex? From a marketing standpoint it makes no sense.

However, I am so over dry looking matte lips, need more gloss in my life.

      • Julie

right right. I just think Latex and I think condoms, allergic reactions, body suites, medical supplies.

I am not saying the product won’t be great. I’m just saying it’s a weird name, they are usually super creative (in a non- weird way).

Although I am a prude about names. I don’t like the name Lolita (rape culture ect) or the name Pussy Control (Nars pencil). Just me though.
