Shea Moisture 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydration Glow Priming Moisturizer ($12.99) and Shea Moisture 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydration Micellar Water ($10.99) are two new products being added to the Shea Moisture’s Coconut Skincare Collection for Spring 2018. I’ve already reviewed and tried a few pieces from this collection like 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydration Face Milk Cleanser, 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydration Overnight Facial Oil, and Shea Moisture 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydration Milk Mask and found it interesting they are adding more products to the line so soon considering they literally just launched the collection this Summer.

None the less, if you enjoy this particular collection I’m sure you’ll be happy about new products being added to the line.

Shea Moisture 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydration Micellar Water is the first new item and it’s a non-rinse micellar water that contains a blend of 100% virgin coconut oil and coconut water that softens and restores moisture to the skin as it removes dirt, oil, and makeup. This could be nice in a double-cleanse or even maybe as a toner to restore moisture to your skin after cleansing since it contains a nice array of hydrating ingredients.

The second item that released is a new 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydration Glow Priming Moisturizer which seems like a version of Charlotte Tilbury’s Magic Cream as it has that thick, creamy texture and acts to prime and hydrate before makeup application with a blend of coconut oil, coconut milk, and Acacia Senegal that moisturizes and also helps to retain that moisture.

Both of these new launches are available now at ulta.com and should be popping up soon at Target and Walgreens as well as other drugstores.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. I love Shea Moisture products but everything I’ve tried from the coconut line makes my skin burn (scalp and face).

I had no problems with the oil or moisturizer but the mask made me burn!

I wanted to try the oil. I may do that since you didn’t have a reaction to it. I did repurpose the mask to shave with. It’s strange but I only notice a slight tingle if I put it on my legs to shave with.

Thankfully no issues with the oil but I totally have experienced burning with some of their skincare! The face masks DO NOT work for me at all they burn horribly 🙁 Hm! Maybe I should use it to shave with good idea!

I’d be willing to try this stuff. I love the Yes to Coconut Micellar water…and the push down container….and I am addicted to oils and serums from The Ordinary. However, being a skin care junkie, and seeing that the winter may be especially harsh….yeh, I’d be willing to try these once I check the ingredients! I still have my 20% of Ulta card…so here I go!
