5 stars out of 5

The Saem Prism Light Blusher in Tangerine Star is my new best friend! So, story time…! I love a good orange blush! I love shimmering tangerines, vibrant oranges, give ’em to me! Here’s the deal! I really love peaches and corals as you know but I also favor a lot of orange and tangerine blush and eyeshadow. However, sometimes orange just isn’t all that easy to pull off! I remember when the Etude House Miss Tangerine Collection came out I was thrilled but I swear I can never pull off orange as good as some of the Korean models do. Sometimes orange works for me, sometimes it goes dreadfully bad. Sadly, sometimes it’s the dreadfully bad more than the working out!

However, I am now the proud owner of one of thee best tangerine blushes ever! Thank you the Saem Prism Light Blusher I am officially in love with you!

I haven’t been really following the Saem lately. I typically get hyped over there offerings but lately I’ve been out of the loop! I didn’t know about these cute little Prism Light Blusher compacts until recently! They aren’t the Saem’s standard cutesy packaging as you can see! Each comes housed in a compact that looks like a pebble. The compact is pretty small and looks like an eyeshadow versus a blush and honestly, you could prob totally get away with using them as an eyeshadow should you like! The compact contains no mirror and is quite lightweight and easy to store and travel with!

The formula is apparently infused fine pearl powder to give cheeks a luminous glow. I was expecting the blush to be light on pigment and high on glow! I just find luminous blushes can be iffy sometimes from Korea as they typically apply like a highlighter with a lot of luminosity but not as much pigment as I’d like. Surprise, surprise! This has an a ton of pigment! The level of pigmentation is amazing and the texture is lovely with a light creamy consistency that isn’t powdery or chalky. The application is the real dream though! This is a joy to apply! As pigmented as it is it’s so easy to buff the color out and into a soft focused glowing flush of color! A little goes a very long way to provide seamless, glowing color to cheeks and face. I was very impressed with the wear as well as the color remains true for eight plus hours without fading or losing intensity.

All in all, a cheap and wonderfully textured blush in an amazing shade! I do want to haul another shade they have available with is a pinkish coral! Too bad the line only includes three shades but none the less still a great little blusher!

Sign me up for more.

The Saem Prism Light Blusher is a luminous blush available in three shades. I loved this formula! It has a light, creamy texture that applies as a powder and adheres to cheeks in a smooth, even, seamless finish providing a beautiful, intense flush of color and a pretty luminosity! The wear is fantastic at 8 plus hours without fading or losing intensity.

Pros

  • Bold, vibrant color.
  • Pretty glowing finish!
  • Long-wearing!
  • Affordable!

Cons

  • No mirror in compact.

I forgot to ask if you had tried or reviewed their concealer…and HTF you choose a shade. Probably a get 3, use 2 drill.

I haven’t! The shades look a bit too light for me so never indulged!

Hi Muse, these are lovely and I would like to order but I can’t until I know the full ingredients. I have many allergies to cosmetic ingredients and it it really cuts down on my fun! Thanks, I hope you can let me know. There is nothing that I can find on the website.

Hi Linda. Sadly, I would avoid purchasing it if you have allergies. This is the list of ingredients but sometimes the translation is not always correct so, that’s why I recommend not buying! This is what is listed: Talc, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, Mica, Alumina, Titanium Dioxide, etc.

I love the packaging and the coral color so I just bought it! Thank you!!!

I finally got it! It’s very pigmented and has such a soft texture. One of my cats knocked it off my dresser and the blush inside broke into bits, so now I have to repress it or put it into another container as a loose powder type of blush! The color is gorgeous! Thanks for the recommendation!
