Charlotte Tilbury No Walk of Shame Cheek To Chic Blusher ($40) is a new shade to the Cheek to Chic Blusher Collection that launched a few short weeks ago. Like Pillow Talk, No Walk of Shame is now available in pretty product that Charlotte has available. Lipstick, lipgloss, eyeshadow, you name it and Walk of No Shame is now available in it. I’m not at all mad about that because I really love the shade! It’s a really pretty warm berry rose.

The blush shade is fairly deep and I decided to purchase it because I don’t really have enough warmer roses or pinks in my blush stash! I also love my Pillow Talk Cheek to Chic Blusher and decided this would be a welcome shade to my collection!

Charlotte Tilbury No Walk of Shame Cheek To Chic Blusher arrives in a burgundy oval compact with a lovely rose gold accent surrounding the blush inside and Charlotte’s signature star etching. It has a generously sized mirror and is a basic but elegant piece of makeup. The compact holds 0.28 oz of blush for $40.

The blush is comprised of two shades one of which is the dominate warm, rosy berry that has an almost brownish tone to it that surrounded by a smaller highlighter core that’s a light brassy gold. You can swirl your brush in both shades and apply to cheeks or you can possibly swirl your brush around the outer rim and applying the blush shade and use a smaller highlighter brush to dot into the highlighter and apply them separately. It’s easier for me to apply both shades at the same time.

The color is a little scary in the pan as it looks like it would apply muddy but it’s actually a very pretty berry on my cheeks! The lighter highlighter seems to tone down the pigment of the blush which results in softer color application. I never really get the luminous glow from the Cheek to Chic Blusher that’s promise but the highlighter does add a delicate sheen to the color and does soften the color considerably compared to the pan. The texture of the blush is silky and a tiny bit powdery which isn’t something I’ve experienced from this formula before but nothing too crazy and I’m able to pick up just the right amount of color for my cheeks. It wears fantastic for eight hours without fading.

I’m glad I picked this shade up! It’s very unique and quite pretty.
