5 stars out of 5

Benefit Terra WANDERful World Silky-Soft Powder Blush is a new golden brick red blush shade with a shimmer finish that launched for Summer 2022. Terra Blush is one of twelve new blushes that Benefit Cosmetics debuted as part of their permanent collection after discontinuing well-loved shades like Dallas, Galifornia, and others!

Terra is most definitely one of the louder shades in this launch and I wasn’t sure if it would work for me but when I heard gold, brick red, and shimmer I decided I needed it.

Do you?

Possibly.

Benefit Terra WANDERful World Silky-Soft Powder Blush is 0.21 oz in size and $29. It appears like smaller in size but it’s actually a bit bigger than past Box o’ Powder Blushes from the brand. It weights in at 0.21 oz and is a cheaper price of $29 compared to the old sizes that were 0.17 oz and $30. Sadly, it doesn’t come with a brush like some of the old blushes did but does have a mirror tucked inside. It is quite smaller and flimsy though compared to the older boxes blushes and the lid is attached versus fully removable.

I wasn’t sure how Terra would work for me but guys, I was determined to try and I’m glad I did because it’s another gorgeous creation! I loved Pom Pom WANDERful World Silky-Soft Powder Blush and I was sure that wouldn’t work for me either! I’ve been lucking out with these!

This is a warm brownish red with a gorgeous golden sheen. If you look close enough you can see the flecks of very fine golden shimmer but on cheeks, you’ll get even more of that stunning gold. If you’re tanned or darker skin toned this will pop on your complexion. I’m light-medium and it totally worked but please, trust me on this, use a lighter, floppier brush during application! Some sort of fiber brush would be great as this way you don’t overdo application as it’s very pigmented and a little goes a long, long way! Start out with a small amount and slowly build it up.

The powder is dense but it applies smoothly and flawlessly. It can be a bit blotchy and patchy if you use it a lot which is why I recommend starting out slow and building as needed. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with redness in their cheeks as this will emphasize that redness! The color wore strong for a solid 12 hours. It had a sweet, almost citrus scent but after I used it I don’t get that smell anymore!

Benefit Terra WANDERful World Silky-Soft Powder Blush surprised me! I thought for sure this wouldn’t work for me but the color is stunning and very, very unique!

It’s very pigmented that applied flawlessly on my skin and wore for a solid twelve hours. The formula is dense but the powder is silky.
