Philosophy Vanilla Pineapple Parfait Body Spritz Was Probably What Frenchy Smelled Like
Wakey wakey friends! It’s hump day and I’m sitting at my desk misting myself with a Philosophy Vanilla Pineapple Parfait Body Spritz as I type this review. As you probably already know the Philosophy Vanilla Pineapple Parfait Body Spritz is part of a trio of body sprays that launched exclusively at qvc.com in a set! I sort of feel bad because I haven’t been much of a QVC shopper lately. Are the beauty sets not as tempting as they once were or am I just on beauty burn out mode?
Either way, I made sure to redeem that situation last week when I ordered the Philosophy Tropical Treats Spritz Trio which is $66 with free shipping. The set comes with three 16 oz Summer mists in Vanilla Pineapple Parfait, Hula Girl, and Coconut Splash!
And of course, I am absolutely in love with Vanilla Pineapple Parfait Body Spritz! And I’m not sure which is my favorite at the moment because I really adore Hula Girl too! I’ve been pairing up this particular scent with my Ancient Cosmetics Tropical Pineapple Body Oil and I smell like what I pictured Frenchy smelled like in Grease! Like a beautiful pineapple!
No, but seriously, this stuff smells incredible. I wouldn’t say I get all that much vanilla from it but it is a wonderfully creamy, sweet pineapple scent! It’s perfect for long, hot Summer days. It’s very light and cheery without being too bold or too intrusive on the nose. Sadly, it doesn’t last very long but pairing it up with my body oil sure does intensify the scent and made it stick around quite a while. I’ve stored all three bottles in my skincare fridge that I have in my bathroom and they feel delightful cooling to mist on when I get out of a hot shower.
All in all, I’m glad I grabbed this set. I do wish the bottles were available individually but I didn’t mind indulging much since shipping was free and so far I’m loving all the scents.
