Lush Princess Peach Body Spray Review
Lush Princess Peach Body Spray ($45) is a new sweet pineapple and peach body mist that’s available for a limited time with the Lush x Super Mario Brothers Collection. This is a fun, fruity little spray that fans of fruity fragrances will adore and of course, geeks will absolutely love the fact Princess Peach decorates the front of the bottle (and of course, it’s name after her too!).
I actually love the Super Mario Brothers and I very much grew up playing the games but I actually hauled this body spray more for the notes than the fact it was Super Mario Brothers themed. Although, I can’t say I don’t love the pink label that features Peach on the spray bottle.
The bottle is 6.7 oz in size and $45. Pretty high for a body spray but it is pretty well scented which may or may not influence your purchase. I actually own most of Lush’s Body Sprays and I can honestly say, I really like them! Do I wish they were cheaper? Yes. But also, they aren’t your standard Bath and Body Works Body Mist that lasts for a few minutes and disappears. Lush definitely puts a higher concentration fragrance into these mists for longer wear and a nice throw.
Princess Peach smells exactly like her name! Peachy! This is a fun little tropical blend that comes at you initially with a fuzzy peach note but a strong pineapple note quickly follows and you’ve suddenly got this yummy peachy pineapple tropical drink. As it sets and dries down it begins to smell like a peach pineapple bubblegum! The scent lasts and lasts and lasts! Two mist has me smelling sweet and yummy all day!
This is fun, playful, and girlish! A great one for Summer wear! I liked it a lot and think it’s worth picking up! I actually wish they’d keep this scent on and perhaps do a bath bomb or a bubble bar using it.
