Tatcha The Kissu Lip Mask ($29) is probably one of my more expensive lip masks. The fact of the matter is, I love me some Laneige but even that’s an expensive lip mask at $24. Bring in Tatcha and it’s $5 bucks more making it nearly $30 for a lip mask. Ouch and ouch! I can get ELF Holy Hydration! Lip Mask for seven bucks so who do I even think I am spending nearly $30 on one?

Well, sometimes you gotta treat yo’ self. I do love a good lip mask moment as a dry lip girl and Tatcha’s the Kissu Lip Mask has been a very, very fond favorite of mine for a long while. It’s also a lip mask that I purchase often because I use this all the time. Literally, all the time. It’s more of a lipgloss at this point in my life as I’m constantly smearing it on top of my lips even during the day.

And hey, Tatcha’s having their Friends and Family at the moment! Enjoy 20% Off with Code FRIEND23.

Don’t kill me but the Kissu is leaps and bounds better than any lip mask I’ve had the pleasure of using and yes, that includes my favorite Laneige Lip Masks. This isn’t only a luxurious experience but the formula is just incredible.

This little lip mask arrives in a plastic pot with an elegant pearl cream top that has Tatcha’s emblem on the top. It also, comes with a small spatula for scooping product out of the pot or you can even use it to smear the mask on your lips. It has a light peach scent and flavor.

In the jar, it appears like translucent pink glass. It’s a squalane-based formula that has the consistency of a lightweight jelly. I honestly, haven’t used it as a lip mask in years. One day it randomly became part of my daily lip routine and has ever since been a part of it. I basically apply it almost every single day. It goes on top of my lipstick, gets worn alone, or even gets applied on top of lipglosses for extra shine. It not only wears comfortably but it leaves my lips super hydrated and the plus fact is it makes them look fuller and super duper shiny and glossy. I love glossy, shiny lips and this provides it big time.

If you have dry lips or just like a super shiny, plumped-up lip look I can’t recommend Tatcha the Kissu Lip Mask enough! This one is a keeper! Expensive yes, but totally worth it!

Are you a fan of this formula?
