Laneige Pink Lemonade Swirl Lip Sleeping Mask Is Absolutely The Best Flavor

Laneige Pink Lemonade Swirl Lip Sleeping Mask ($25) is a new, limited edition pink lemonade scented and flavored sleep mask that nourishes, smooths, and hydrate lips with coconut oil and and a berry fruit complex. I love Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask and adore their seasonal releases but I gotta say the best flavor they’ve released to date is this Pink Lemonade Swirl one. This is probably one of the more strongly flavored ones as they normally go fairly light with flavor and fragrance. This one is really quite flavorful and lovely. You get a nice punch of sweet, tart pink lemonade as soon as you apply it to lips!

Laneige Pink Lemonade Swirl Lip Sleeping Mask comes in a fun little ombre coral and yellow box. The jar has a coral top that matches the box and the swirls of lip mask inside are the same shades of yellow and sunset coral as the box. It’s a very pretty and Summer-y presentation. It’s $25 for a generous 0.70 oz of product and comes with a little spatula that can be used to mix the mask should you like or to scoop it out of the jar and even apply it using the spatula as the it has a soft, silicone tip that flexes to fit the contour of your lips.

The formula is thicker when removing it from the jar but has a soft, creamy textured balm-like consistency that’s thick and lightly balmy but not tacky nor sticky. It starts out very thick but once it hits the heat of your skin it melts down it and forms a shiny, protective layer around lips and and provides them with really hydrating moisture. It can be used overnight or you can totally use it in the day alone or over your favorite lip products. I tend to apply it after my skincare routine in the evening and leave it on while watching TV, relaxing, reading, etc….! I wipe it off before I head to bed as I sleep on my stomach and I’m not a fan of it smearing on my pillow case. You can even apply it to prep before lipstick or gloss and as you do your other makeup allow it to sink in! Wipe it off before you apply lipstick and gloss! It smooths, hydrates, and leaves lips feeling soft.

As I said above, this is a bit stronger than other flavors I own. You can a nice sweet yummy lemonade flavor from it! It does disappear within a minute or less so, it isn’t a linger flavor if you’re a sensitive user! All in all, Laneige Pink Lemonade Swirl Lip Sleeping Mask was a winner for me. My personal fav flavor is Mint Choco (not currently available) but this is definitely my new favorite.
