Tree Hut Cinnamon Dolce Sugar Scrub and Body Wash are two, limited-edition releases that launched with the Tree Hut Fall 2023 Collection and are exclusive to Target that are fully deserving of a five-star review. Yeah, I know, I hate exclusives too. I always find it rather challenging to hop from store to store to pick up exclusive beauty releases. Tree Hut started doing this recently when they launched the Moonlight Glow Collection (and I think Holiday 2022 they had a few exclusives at Target too as I recall). I just want to be able to grab a collection and go. I don’t want to hop from store to store seeking how exclusives but I promise Tree Hut Cinnamon Dolce is worth running around for and heck, it might even require a backup!
Tree Hut Cinnamon Dolce Sugar Scrub and Body Wash kept popping in and out of stock at target.com and it took me about two weeks to finally nail them down. I was traveling so I couldn’t just hop into a Target to see if they had any which meant ordering online was the best option. I finally grabbed both (at the same time yay!) but at that point, I had to wait until I got home to try them! Well, I finally got home and I kicked myself hard for not buying a backup. I really DON’T need backups of any bath and body items since I tend to hoard shower gels, scrubs, etc…but this scent is too GOOD not to grab a backup. I ordered one more of each recently but my hope is that they’ll keep this around and not discontinue it because it’s one of their best scents to date.
This scent is too good! I wish they did a body mist because I’d be buying several bottles. It smells like a Snickerdoodle cookie or even a churro. Heavy on the cinnamon but also, sugary! It’s full-on gourmand! Very pastry-like! It reminds me of a cinnamon sugar donut or a Snickerdoodle cookie! It’s delicious! The scrub is the standard Tree Hut sugar scrub formula with a thicker consistency and a nice graininess to buff skin to a smoothness. I’m in love with their body washes lately! They create tons of rich lather and smell beautiful! I paired this up with the Bath and Body Works Cinnamon Donut Swirl Body Lotion I have hoarded away as well as some Land of Aahs Cimmaon Roll Perfume Oil and now I smell like a Fall snack! And I don’t hate that!
