I Seen A Tiktoker Conceal a Tattoo With SheGlam Perfect Skin High Coverage Concealer Now I Want It
Ok, I’m probably going to get suckered into a Tiktok made me buy it moment again but I saw a Tiktoker conceal a tattoo with SheGlam Perfect Skin High Coverage Concealer and now I want it. $3.19 concealer? I can afford that. Plus I haven’t seen anyone cover tattoos with concealer like that since Kat Von D did her entire body with Tattoo Concealer back in 2009 when she originally launched the formula! I mean, we all know Lock-It Concealer and of course, the new KVD Beauty Good Apple Lightweight Full-Coverage Concealer but who remembers the OG Tattoo Concealer in a tube?
Anyway, this Tiktok video def gave me Tattoo Concealer vibes. I ordered this concealer before I left for vacation but haven’t tried it yet. It’s actually waiting for me to try out as soon as I get home and I’m very eager to try it out for myself because that video definatelly convinced me I needed it.
But one problem…
She never really mentions much about the formula outside of saying how pigmented it is. We don’t get a lot of insight about how dry this may be. Hmmm…! For $3 bucks I’m picturing something terribly dry. But it could surprise us. It could be pigmented and hydrating. But I find hydrating concealers tend to sheer out and apply less pigmented that ones that are drier and matte.
Accord to Sheglam the Perfect Skin Concealer features “a high-coverage formula, enriched with phytosterols and 100% olive-sourced squalane to reduce your skin’s transepidermal water loss, providing extreme moisture for a beautiful and natural finish”. Hmmm ok! Squalane is a win for me! I can get on board with that.
Will Sheglam SheGlam Perfect Skin High Coverage Concealer work for me? We’ll have to wait and see. Review coming soon!
