What’s the One Makeup Technique You Wish You Can Master?
Do you have any makeup techniques you wish you can master? There are so many makeup techniques I wish I can master! I always wish I can do a winged eyeliner look better! I also wish I can wear a winged eyeliner look without looking like I’m playing with my mom’s makeup! I always feel like if I wear eyeshadow plus a lot of eyeliner that I look like I got caught playing in my mom’s makeup or something!
I’ve been doing this blog for ages and my makeup skills are still pretty much the same as they were when I started. I just don’t have the gift of application that some people have! I’m always constantly amazing at how well some people blend! It makes me cringe when I’m blending my own eyeshadows and they go all muddy! Everyone makes it look so very easy but I don’t think it’s easy at all!
One of the makeup techniques I really wish I can master is the gradient eyeshadow effect. I always watch these Asian bloggers and youTubers create these perfect eye looks by simply piling colors up and it comes out so perfect. It never works for me! I always end up with mud. I watched a girl apply a peachy eyeshadow all over her lid yesterday and she layered brown on top of it and somehow did some magically blending so the brown looked like it just blend into the peach. It was such a gorgeous effect. I tried it and all I got was a brown eyeshadow look.
I’m every always practicing but I don’t think I’m cut out for being a makeup artist anytime soon 🙂
