Tarte Unleashed A Massive Big Goals Goals Goals Eyeshadow Palette As Well as Other Sugar Rush Fall 2019 Items

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Tarte Goals Goals Goals Eyeshadow Palette is a new Sugar Rush Eyeshadow Palette that’s pretty damn big. Do I really need another massive eyeshadow palette? Me thinks not but you know, make addict problems! The palette contains 36 eyeshadow shades and will set you back a mere $27 (plus if you snag it from tarte.com you can use code BESTIES for an extra 25% off or Reward Members get 30% Off) in keeping with the Sugar Rush’s more affordable price range (total palette size 0.72 oz). Sugar Rush sort of crept up on me as I really felt in was a bit juvenile but some of the items are actually quite good so, I’m not writing this one off completely.

Along with the Goals Goals Goals Eyeshadow Palette there are other new items for Fall 2019.

Here’s a peek!

Why Are The Beauty Rewards and Incentives So Much Better for Non-Buyers?

Did you hear a few weeks ago that Sephora sent out targeted e-mails to inactive accounts and non-buyers to get 30% off an entire purchase? Yup! 30% off! Three zero! Thirty! People, I have been shopping Sephora for over twenty years now and never in all my time have I saved 30% off an entire purchase. I was shopping the Friends and Family Sale before it was an actually event or a thing! And I’ve only ever saved 20% off.

Edit: Thanks to Jill for clearing up that it was 30% Off $100 purchases!

Both Ulta and Sephora have started targeting accounts that they feel aren’t actively buying with higher incentives or more incentives lately. I noticed last year during the Holidays that Ulta kept pushing 20% off to accounts that weren’t part of the Rewards program. Sephora was also doing the same. If they noticed you didn’t buy something during the original Rewards Event Sale they proceeded to extend the offer to you again. I know for a fact that they were sending 20% off to inactive accounts because my sister got an offer.

The uproar was real though when they sent out 30% non-buyers. I mean, dude, how are you going to give accounts that aren’t spending anything money a better reward than ones that do spend money? It feels unfair. I can appreciate they want to regain consumers they may have lost but give them a dollar reward or 10-15% off at best! 30% seems insane since that isn’t an offer that has ever been sent out to Rouge Members who do spend major money at Sephora.

How do you feel about Beauty Rewards and Incentives going out to non-buyers or inactive accounts? Or even higher percentages and dollar amounts off than Reward Members?

I have to admit I do get a little disappointed and upset at this. Like I said I do appreciate they want to lure back customers but don’t do so by pissing off your main customer base!

Sephora Beauty Insider Sweeps Let’s Your Purchase Entities with Points And I Hate That

Sephora Beauty Insider Sweeps gets you a chance to win one millionaire dollars. Sounds pretty good right? I mean, it’s like the lotto you gotta be in it to win it and if it’s as easy as submitting my name and e-mail address sure, why not I’ll enter.

But wait…

You actually have to buy your way into this giveaway! Sort of….! There’s fine print and all that good stuff.

Here’s how it works.

You head over to www.beautyinsidersweeps.com and pop your e-mail address, country, and phone number into a little form you’ll be able to buy your way into the giveaway using your points.

300 points gets you one entry, 500 points gets you two entries, 700 points gets you three entries, 850 gets you four entries, and 1000 points gets you five entries.

This is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. Why would anyone want to waste points like this? Oh wait, I know why because there really aren’t any good rewards anyway might as well splurge on a giveaway. Sephora, girl, you’re reaching here with this bullsh1T!

Now, what Sephora doesn’t mention is this a good time to read the fine print because you can actually get an entry free with an alternative method they mention in the rules of the giveaway which you can see here.

Via snail mail you can send them your name, address, phone number, and beauty insider number on an index card and mail to Sephora to get your free entry without spending 300 points to get it.

I do appreciate a good giveaway but this is one of the lamer ones I seen. It reminds me of those raffle giveaways people do on Instagram where you have to buy your a spot! It just feels oddly underhanded.

What do you think of spending points to enter a giveaway?

I’d love to hear your thoughts!
