Too Faced Hangover Good in Bed Hydrating Serum and Hangover Good to Go SPF 25 Moisturizer On The Way

Too Faced Hangover Primer

Too Faced, I think we need to have a talk. Let me give it to you straight, what’s your obsession with sex? I dunno Jerrod….! Hangover Good In Bed? Sigh. The releases are becoming more and more corny my friend.

Too Faced Hangover Good in Bed Hydrating Serum and Hangover Good to go SPF 25 Moisturizer are in the works to be released soon. Too Faced has been hinting that they’d be coming out with new skincare for a while now. I’m guessing we’ll see these two new products launch late this Spring.

I’m actually a fan of Hangover Facial Primer. It’s a good hydrating primer that works for my dry skin. I’m not sure about this new serum since Too Faced doesn’t exactly have a great way with skincare! I mean glitter and alcohol does not make for a good face mask! Will their new hydrating serum have a better round of ingredients? One hopes so!

As for the moisturizer, that’s disappointing for me. SPF 25 is a snooze-fest for me. If you’re going around with a mere SPF 25 you need to rethink your skincare in my opinion. This moisturizer would pack way more of an impact if it was a higher level of SPF. I find it odd that Jerrod being 1. so fair and 2. “being a skincare junkie” went with such a small amount of SPF in his new moisturizer!

I see in the picture there’s also something sort of jar that the serum is sitting on. The coconut could be a nod to that product or the ingredients in all three.

I’m not too excited about this launch but I look forward to them proving me wrong on this launch.

What do you think?

Jump ahead for pics of the new line!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Daytime Eyeshadow Quad Review & Swatches

I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.
5 stars out of 5

Anastasia Beverly Hills Daytime Eyeshadow Quad ($32) is one of two new, limited Spring 2019 eyeshadow palettes. I purchased this without thinking about it at all as I knew from my experience with palettes like Modern Renaissance, Sultry, Master, and others that I wouldn’t be disappointed.

Another thing that sold me on this palette and had me quickly buying it was the how-to video. I LOVE the fresh yet light look they created with these shades. I was sadly unable to replicate it as the shades come across much stronger on me. It looks like they used a much lighter hand on the model’s look and I’m so damn heavy handed I just couldn’t get the look they created down. None the less, I had a blast with it and I highly recommend picking it up if you like sunset eye looks! That being said though, this palette doesn’t have a ton of unique shades but the quality is fantastic which might be a key selling point for you as well as the value.

Revolution Skincare by Makeup Revolution Could be the Next The Ordinary!

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Revolution Skincare is a new line of affordable skincare from Makeup Revolution along the same lines as the Ordinary! Apparently, creating skincare lines that are a lot like the Ordinary is the new hip and trendy thing to do. As you know Beautylish also created a new line called Good Molecules! Who’s next to get on board with cheap, budget friendly skincare? Which brand would you like to see create a line like this?

Revolution Skincare contains 13 pieces at the moment all of which are $10 to $14 each and address a variety of different skincare concerns such as dry skin, aging, brightening, and more that’s available online only at Ulta.com.

I just glanced at the ingredients quickly but I saw some alcohol here which isn’t good! And there’s also a few adds on to some products like “gold flecks” and shimmer which really takes away from the value a little for me as it starts to become a little more gimmicky than the Ordinary if that makes sense! I’ll have to do a bit more research!

Here’s a look!

Laura Mercier Caviar Chrome Veil Liquid Eyeshadow for Spring 2019

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Laura Mercier Caviar Chrome Veil Liquid Eyeshadow ($29) arrives in some delicious shades for Spring 2019. I am ever always obsessed with cream eyeshadow especially sparkly ones! Laura’s new formula has a sheer-to-medium color payoff and is a water-based formula that contains prismatic pearls to give a shimmery finish!

These look pretty but a tiny bit frosty and a little sheer in the swatches that they posted. But it’s hard to say since promo swatches seem like they are generated via computer. When it comes to shimmery eyeshadows though I think that Stila’s Glitter & Glow Liquid Eyeshadow has ruined me for any other formula! I mean have you checked out the Stila All Fired Up Glitter & Glow Eyeshadow Set? It’s divine!

I’d be willing to give Laura’s formula a shot though as she rarely disappoints!

Laura Mercier Caviar Chrome Veil Liquid Eyeshadow is available now!
