Clean & Clear Night Relaxing Jelly Eye Sheet Mask Half a Face Mask for Your Eyes and Forehead?

I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.

Clean & Clear Night Relaxing Jelly Eye Sheet Mask ($2.50) is a new jelly eye mask that hydrates eyes and targets fatigue around eyes to give you a well-rested appearance. Well, hell, if this wasn’t created just for me. I always look tired! Too much gaming? Reading? Computer at work? Old age? It could all be contributing to puffy, tired looking eyes!

I’d like to take a brief moment in time to simply say that Clean & Clear does not need to get into the entire Korean Facial Sheet Mask thing. Step back guys, re-evaluate this situation, and think really hard what your fans would really love to see you do. If you guessed bring back Clean & Clear Eye Make Up Remover you’re on the right track. You see, what actually don’t care your weird half hydro gel cheek mask that seems to target not only eyes but our foreheads. We’d much rather see you bring back $h1t that we loved and we know you excelled at. Like Clean & Clear Eye Make Up Remover for example.

In all seriousness, I’m truly done with US drugstore brands trying to succeed in the sheet mask world. You’re doing it wrong guys. I’m over it.

Maybelline Fit Me Concealer Has New Shades and I Finally Tried It

I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.

Maybelline Fit Me Concealer ($6.99) just launched in six new shades and I finally decided to give it a try. Maybelline has been pretty busy at work creating new shades for a lot of their more popular products such as this one and also the cult favorite Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circle Concealer. I think most would agree that it’s about time that brands start realizing there’s more than one tone of skin out there.

Considering the Fit Me Collection was supposed to address a wide array of skin tones it was always puzzling why the concealer color range was so small and available in merely six shades. Thankfully, they decided to redeem that and Fit Me Concealer is available in twelve total shades.

I’ve never tried this even though the Fit Me line has been around a few years now. I’m typically disappointed with drugstore concealers so I only venture into trying them when something new pops and likely wouldn’t attempt trying anything from the permanent collection by choice. But curiosity does set in from time to time and I decided to purchase one and try it out.

Shiseido Waso Clear Mega-Hydrating Cream Gets Things So Terribly Right And Many Things Completely Wrong

I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.

Shiseido Waso Clear Mega-Hydrating Cream ($38) is a new hydrating gel moisturizing that’s part of the brand’s new skincare collection that hopes to target millennials. When you think of Shiseido I’m sure you think of chic, expensive skincare but the new Waso Skincare Collection actually pares down things in this new line with affordable pricing and simple packaging.

Although I’m not a prime target for the Waso Skincare Collection I have to admit Waso Clear Mega-Hydrating Cream was something that kept me quite warm and happy during the long, cold Winter. There are so many wonderful things to love about this moisturizer, things that I believe Shiseido got terribly right but there are many things that are completely wrong as well.

Let’s explore Shiseido Waso Clear Mega-Hydrating Cream.

The Ordinary 100% Organic Cold-Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil Review & Swatches

I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.

The Ordinary 100% Organic Cold-Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil ($9.80) is a simple, straight to the point, no bells or whistles rose seed hip facial oil. No fillers, no fragrance, nothing but simple cold-pressed rosa canina seed oil aka rose hip oil.

That’s the beauty and possibly the genius behind the Ordinary. What you see is what you get which makes for good, clean benefits for your skin. There are a lot of items I’m not particularly a fan of from the Ordinary but this 100% Organic Cold-Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil isn’t one. This is a rave.

The Ordinary High-Adherence Silicone Primer Review & Swatches

I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.

The Ordinary High-Adherence Silicone Primer ($4.90) is an odd little facial prime that promises mattify skin, hydrate it, and blur the appearance of pores and finer lines while keeping your foundation wearing long and strong all day.

The reason it’s a bit of an odd formula is because it’s a bit confused what it actually is. Is it mattifying? Is it silicone based? Does it extend the wear of your foundation? Contrary to the name it isn’t silicone-based but that of a water one which is great for us dry skinned ladies and lads. I found it very hydrating but wouldn’t call it mattifying and I’m unsure whether I noticed an extension in the wear of my foundation but it’s a rather fab, inexpensive little facial primer none the less.
