The writing is on the wall, lemonade is the next big makeup trend for Summer 2018. You did say you wanted to do away with all those boring neutrals didn’t you? Well, this Summer it looks like juicy bright shades of yellow and pink might just be the call of duty on Instagram. Just recently indie brand, Dominique Cosmetics, teased that they would be launching a lemonade inspired palette and half an hour ago Nicol Concilio has revealed a small sneak peek of an upcoming Smashbox Collaboration that appears to be citrus inspired. Lemonade? Juices? Who knows but it appears it’ll be fruity and bright.

Tom Ford Shadow Extreme has my wallet cringing in horror at the idea a $36 single eyeshadow but I never claimed I was a logical makeup lover. So, that $36 isn’t really making me feel guilty, frugal, or a smart consumer in any way, shape, or form at the moment. Unless of course, I spend said $36 and become crushingly disappointed with the formula but from what I hear there’s only joy to be had here!

Tom Ford Shadow Extreme arrives to us in 20 shades with two finishes, one a glitter, one a foil. Each having a thin, water-resistant formula that contains long-wearing polymers that hugs the lid and allows for long, strong hold without creasing. The concentrate formula is packaged with pigment so a little goes a long way or so they promise me.

I can’t say I have not spent an exuberant of money on Tom Ford Eyeshadow as I have hauled several Cream Color For Eyes which set me back $30 each but I do believe $36 might just be the highest I ever spent on a single eyeshadow shade in my life. I have no regrets though, I did in fact purchase a single shade and will likely be back for more if the formula promises all that the raving reviews say it does.

Expect a rave or perhaps a rant shortly.

Did I get your attention with cute bunnies and chicks? Bath & Body Works Easter 2018 has plenty of both this year as well as jelly bean and cotton candy hand soaps! I mean how can I resist jean bean scented hand soap? I’ve been on a hand soap ban but I see myself heading over to Bath & Body Works in the very near future and hauling a half dozen each of cotton candy and jelly bean scented hand soap. I’ll have the cleanliest hands in all of Easter-land.

Bare Minerals Desert Nudes 8.0 Eyeshadow Palette arrives just in time for the Spring 2018 season and brings together gorgeous hues inspired by the desert. I know many of you were excited about to new Bare Minerals Pressed Blush Collection but also had hopes there would be a new eyeshadow palette for Spring. I know I was one of those people that really wanted a nude palette for Spring because I’m an utter Ready Eyeshadow junkie.
