Touch In Sol Metallist High Shine Bouncy Cream Shadow Palette Launches

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

If you’re shopping new eyeshadow palettes at the moment but the Touch In Sol Metallist High Shine Bouncy Cream Shadow Palette ($42) might just capture your eye. With a soft, creamy, jelly-like texture this palette contains six metallic shades that promise a high-shine finish with intense pigmentation.

Shades include:

  • Snow Jam (cream white)
  • French Ganache (orange beige)
  • Suede Cacao (dark brown)
  • Maple Mood (coral beige)
  • Sangria Rose (crimson burgundy)
  • Mystic Tonight (fuchsia purple)

This looks like something I wouldn’t mind adding to my stash. I like the play of bronze-y shades with the pop of pink.

Touch In Sol Metallist High Shine Bouncy Cream Shadow Palette is available now at sephora.com.

It Cosmetics It’s All About You Customer Favorites Collection March 2018 QVC Today’s Special Value

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

It Cosmetics It’s All About You Customer Favorites Collection March 2018 Today’s Special Value (TSV) arrives today at qvc.com and I’ll have swatches and a review posted very shortly for you!

Happy days! This Today’s Special Value does have a few interesting perks compared to prior ones that contain a bunch of repetitive items that as an It Girl or Guy you likely have ten times over. Sadly, it does come with CC+ Cream Illumination in the larger 2.53 oz size (in your choice of shades) which isn’t a favorite of everyone. I’d have liked it if they took the initiative to include their new foundation in a this TSV but I do understand that’s asking a little too much considering it just recently launched. They also include a Heavenly Skin CC+ Skin Perfecting Brush to apply with.

The good news is they include a brand new Je Ne Sais Quoi Hydrating Color Awakening Lip Treatment Serum. It’s popular natural pink shade, Je Ne Sais Quoi, has been pretty much turned into every product imaginable at this including blush, lip balm, lipstick, etc…! Apparently the new lip treatment serum acts to hydrate, smooth, and add a tint of color to lips. It’s likely the most promising item in this set since it is a brand new item and we all know how I’m constantly moaning over the fact that It Cosmetics QVC Today’s Special Values don’t include any new items lately.

And last but not least Bye Bye Pores Blush in Sweet Cheeks is included in this set. I LOVE this shade. The formula is sadly not as silky as the original Bye Bye Pores Blush but none the less the color makes up for it. It’s the perfect golden pink that reminds me of NARS Orgasm or Tarte Glisten.

The It Cosmetics It’s All About You Customer Favorites Collection is the March 2018 QVC Today’s Special Value and debuts March 10th but there’s early access today at qvc.com. The set is $59 with free shipping (also, available on easy pay for 4 payments of $14.99 each) as a one time shipment or auto ship which gets you a new set every four months with the same items not including the brush at a price of $49.54.

Smashbox Scented Primer Water But MAC Did It First

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Limited edition Smashbox Scented Primer Water is now available in three fragrances of Centering Citrus, Serene Greens, and So-Chill Coconut but remember kids, MAC did it first.

In collaboration with youTuber Nicol Concilio, Smashbox relaunched their Primer Water in an array of three new formulas and scents. I was surprised. I felt for sure they might be going for a colorful, juicy palette for Spring/Summer 2018 but I was terribly wrong. Very wrong.

The new Scented Primer Water has the same 3-in-1 formula has the original that acts to hydrates, set, and refresh skin but it also sports a new formula infused with electrolytes. It’s like Gatorade for your face!

Of course, the idea of scented setting spray isn’t near by any means. In 2014, MAC Prep + Prime Fix+ arrives our way in scents like coconut, rose, cucumber, and yuzu. And just recently, MAC reintroduced a few of these fragrances.

None the less if fragrance in your setting mist are a must you might wanted to check out Smashbox Scented Primer Water. Centering Citrus apparently neutralizes negativity with a blend of blood orange and grounding grapefruit, Serene Greens keeps you calm with cool cucumber and melon, and So-Chill Coconut gives you “resting beach face” with a blend of coconut and vanilla. So, they act as an aromatherapy of sorts. I’m not sure setting mist is going to chill me out and keep me calm but I’m willing to try anything once.

The price remains the same on the Scented Primer Water formula which is $32 for a 3.9 oz bottle.

Smashbox Scented Primer Water is available for a limited time at smashbox.com and ulta.com.
