Revlon Photo Ready Pore Reducing Primer ($12.99) is one of two new facial primer formulas that Revlon introduced permanently into the Photo Ready Collection. You already know from my past reviews that I absolutely love the original Revlon Photo Ready Primer and consider it as holy grail material. It’s a beautifully textured primer that has a creamy consistency that doesn’t have the cloying silicone feel I hate so much in primers like Smashbox Photo Finish.

Since it launched it’s been a staple part of my daily routine which is why I was happy to hear that Revlon was extending the collection with two new formulas. Revlon Photo Ready Pore Reducing Primer probably isn’t the perfect formula for me since I do not have visible pores (aside from the ones that dot my nose) but I decided I wanted to try it none the less.

Revlon Ultra HD Matte Metallic Lipcolor ($9.99) is a new take on Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lipcolor but now with a metallic matte finish. I know, I know! The matte metallic thing is confusing as hell as we experienced recently with the Maybelline Color Sensational Matte Metallics Lipsticks that launched.

I’m not a metallic fan by any means as the finish tends to look frosty on both my lips and eyes but since Ultra UD Gel Lipcolor worked out great for me I was more than willing to try the Ultra HD Matte Metallic Collection.

Too Faced Glitter Bomb Eyeshadow Palette ($45) is a new Fall 2017 launch that includes a gorgeous selection of glittery, shimmery eyeshadow shades. I wasn’t really feeling the Fall vibe from this one but I think Urban Decay Naked Heat has us covered right now for both Summer and Fall looks so the Glitter Bomb Eyeshadow Palette might be the more fun option for your Summer looks. I’ll be the first one to say I had my doubts about this palette and after reading through several reviews I was dreading drying it. Talks about a chunky formula, fall out, and the fact the shadows didn’t adhere well to lids had me worried about what a nightmare this would be.

Turns out, I actually liked it.

Heads up Benefit Boi-ing Concealer fans a new airbrush version is now available as well as a color correcting formula and a newly packaged version of the original. You know I’m a total concealer junkie right? Well, my great love affair with concealer began with none other than Benefit Boi-ing. I probably tried Benefit Boi-ing twenty years ago or something. It’s been a while! But I never forgot how much I loved it. I used to wear it under my eyes as well as on my lids to brighten up the area. And boy did it brighten! It was a formula I loved for it’s brightening and concealing ability.

This Summer, Benefit has not only repackaged up the original Boi-ing, Erase Paste which is now called “Brightening Concealer”, but also Fakeup Concealer which is now called Hydrating Concealer.
