Makeup By Mario Soft Pop Plumping Blush Veil ($30) is a new cream blush infused with hyaluronic acid to hydrate and plump skin while giving cheeks a natural pop of color. I recently purchased one of the Soft Pop Plumping Blush Veils in Just Peachy and I’m having a love hate relationship with it at the moment. I love the plush, plumped up feel of these not to mention I’m really into all these dewy blushes that launched this Summer! I’m normally not much of a dewy blush fan but for some reason I’ve been having a love affair with them this year.

The Ordinary Multi-Peptide Lash and Brow Serum ($14.50) is a fairly new, affordable lightweight lash and brow serum with four peptides to promote the look of thicker, fuller lashes and brows. This launched last August and I used up my entire tube before I writing this review. This launched with a lot of reviews (thanks so much for all the fake raving reviews that get promoted across Sephora, Ulta, etc…)! I mean, as soon as Sephora listed it the reviews starting pouring in about how incredible it was. Refinery in particular wrote this big long article but failed to include any before and after photos. Of course, you’re going to get a lot of hype around anything the Ordinary releases! But also, this was a very affordable lash and brow serum which is part of the buzz around it.

Both my lashes and my brows are reaching a point that they don’t grow as quickly as they used to. I’m pretty sure I’ve abused my brows with wax, plucking, and threading and they don’t really grow as quickly as they once did. And my lashes have become a lot more shorter thanks to me yanking them out with a lash curler now and again. I could definitely use some growth in both areas.

I personally purchased it and decided to wait it out and see what happened with my brows and lashes (it released late August 2022 and within days everyone had it reviewed and raved). But sadly, you won’t find before and after photos here because if I took them they’d look the same as the day I started using this.
