Cocokind Daily SPF 32 Surprises, Delights, and Becomes My Daily Go To

This was provided to me by a brand for review and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post but all opinions are my own.
5 stars out of 5

Cocokind Daily SPF 32 ($25) is a mineral SPF with a clean formula that helps protect skin against UVA, UVB, and blue light. I wasn’t sure I was going to love this when I first tried. It’s a lower SPF than I’m used to using (I prefer 50+) and it was a thicker formula. It took a second but this has become a part of my permanent round of sunscreens.

E.L.F. Squeeze Me Lip Balm Review & Swatches

I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.
4 stars out of 5

E.L.F. Squeeze Me Lip Balm ($4) is a new budget friendly moisturizing lip balm available in five flavors that launched for Summer 2023. I totally get everyone wants an affordable dupe of their favorite products but this isn’t really quite the same as Laneige Lip Glowy Balm but Squeeze Me isn’t really that formula. Laneige’s are thicker and provide a bit more moisture. That being said, they are still a great lip balm formula all themselves! No need to compare them to anything else as they stand nicely on their own two feet.

Huda Beauty #FAUXFILTER Color Corrector for Summer 2023

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Huda Beauty #FAUXFILTER Color Corrector is arriving June 21st! Yup, the Fauxfilter Collection is getting a new addition! This new Color Correct will brighten up your undereye area with a creamy, sheer formula that allows concealer to applied easily on top. It promises crease, sweat, and transfer-proof wear with a formula that’s rich in Vitamin C and niacinamide so it treats darkness as i conceals.

It’ll be available in the following shades:

  • Pink Pomelo
  • Peach
  • Mango
  • Papaya
  • Blood Orange

I’m actually interested to try this. I don’t really love piling color correct on and following up with concealer. Although, I love really pigmented concealers I’m not keen on applying too many products at once. Oddly, I tend to use nice peach correctors to neutralize darkness and brighten all by themselves without the addition of concealer. No rules against that right? Looks like Huda has a nice range of shades too from lighter peach to more intense oranges for darker tones.

Huda Beauty #FAUXFILTER Color Corrector will be $29 which is a smidge cheaper than #FAUXFILTER Concealer at $31. I’d definitely like to at least swatch this when it pops up! How about you?

I’m Just Over Here Endorsing Expensive Lip Masks Well Not Really, It’s On Sale

I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.
5 stars out of 5

Tatcha The Kissu Lip Mask ($29) is probably one of my more expensive lip masks. The fact of the matter is, I love me some Laneige but even that’s an expensive lip mask at $24. Bring in Tatcha and it’s $5 bucks more making it nearly $30 for a lip mask. Ouch and ouch! I can get ELF Holy Hydration! Lip Mask for seven bucks so who do I even think I am spending nearly $30 on one?

Well, sometimes you gotta treat yo’ self. I do love a good lip mask moment as a dry lip girl and Tatcha’s the Kissu Lip Mask has been a very, very fond favorite of mine for a long while. It’s also a lip mask that I purchase often because I use this all the time. Literally, all the time. It’s more of a lipgloss at this point in my life as I’m constantly smearing it on top of my lips even during the day.

And hey, Tatcha’s having their Friends and Family at the moment! Enjoy 20% Off with Code FRIEND23.
