I was expressing a little regret I didn’t buy the Charlotte Tilbury Charlotte’s Genius Magic Powder Kit in my Charlotte’s Genius Under Eye & Face Magic Setting Powder Review earlier and it was all because I wanted the brush it contained!
I’ve been using this old Bobbi Brown Brush that came with a concealer kit I purchased on QVC and I love that freaking brush so much but I’ve been wanting to try and replace with with something a little different for a while now. I tried the Morphe M536 Under Eye Bullet Brush and I like it but I keep going back to my old Bobbi Brush!
Saie The Fluffy Setting Powder Brush dropped at sephora.com and it’s a nice palm-sized brush with a tapered tip that will fit the contour area of the eye quite nicely. And yes, I’m tempted to buy it. It’s not a hefty investment at $25 and it’s gotten quite a good deal of raving reviews. Saie in general really has gotten quite some hype backing it up lately which has made me curious to try more of the brand!
Do I need a new concealer brush? Sort of! This Bobbi one has been in my arsenal ages. Should I drop cash on the Saie one? I’m considering it.

Charlotte Tilbury Charlotte’s Genius Under Eye & Face Magic Setting Powder ($45) is a loose setting powder that blurs imperfections, veils shadows, and visibly boosts radiance under eyes to set concealer or on face. You know I’m a hardcore Ben Nye Banana Powder kind of girl but also, I found my ride or die in Hard Candy Sheer Envy Bake, Brighten & Set Loose Powder.
Oddly, I like trying new things but I rarely venture outside of setting my powder with anything but one of those two powders because they work so well for me. But, of course, Charlotte always gets a little money from me which is why I decided to give Genius Under Eye & Face Magic Setting Powder a whirl.
And believe me, I didn’t expect to love it.

You know, I’m not a big believer in Valentine’s Day. Saying I love you to someone and showing you appreciate them should be apart of your daily routine. Seriously, don’t go to bed at night without telling him or her you love them and don’t wake up in the morning without telling him or her you love them. Do nice things for your human, even little things like making them a snack, doing their laundry, or sending them a text mid-day just to ask them how they are doing.
And don’t forget yourself too. If COVID taught us anything at all it’s about how we should take care of our bodies and minds more. Self love and self care are so important. Look to your human if you have one to give you the love, care and attention you need but also, look within yourself for that as well. Taking care of yourself and investing in your mental health as well as your physical is one of the most important lessons you’ll learn in life.
Sephora sells a host of vibrators now including the legendary Maude. Yup, you read that right. All the sexy toys you need are sold at Sephora. Well, I mean, not all the sex toys…! I didn’t see any Ben Wa Balls, chains, whips, or nipple clamps and I can tell you something I’ll be writing to Sephora’s head of sales immediately to complain.
As of now Sephora is carrying a host of different vibrators from Dame Products and Maude and yeah, I was a little shocked. I know some people fit sex into personal care, self love, and beauty but I actually don’t.
