Maybelline Eyestudio Nudes of New York Eyeshadow Palette for Spring 2020

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Well, well, well, isn’t the new 16-pan Maybelline Eyestudio Nudes of New York Eyeshadow Palette for Spring 2020 looking a little like the Too Faced The Natural Nudes Palette that’s launching this February. Best part? The Maybelline one is available now! These 16 shades are all nude and curated to create the perfect nude look for eyes and I gotta admit I’m loving it. It appears they went with the slurry textured eyeshadows on this palette which means we’ll get softer, silkier shades that are easy to apply and blend! Or at least that’s how the promo images look!

I really don’t need another nude palette but I always cave on these things…! And this really looks like a nice, wearable selection of shades! I think the original Maybelline the Nudes Eyeshadow Palette was a pretty exciting launch but sadly, with each consecutive launch they did with that palette it got worst and worst formula wise.

They definitely redeemed themselves in recent years as they have some palettes that I love and use daily like the the Matte Bar. It wasn’t the best formulation from Maybelline but it wasn’t as bad as some of the older palettes they did that’s for sure. I have hopes the new Nudes of New York Eyeshadow Palette will bring us something great.

Maybelline Eyestudio Nudes of New York Eyeshadow Palette for Spring 2020 retails for $11.98 at Walmart and is available now with a wider release in stores soon!

L’Oreal Radiant Satin Blush & Radiant Concealer with Hydrating Serum | Spring 2020

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

L’Oreal Radiant Satin Blush and Radiant Concealer with Hydrating Serum Age Perfect Makeup are two, new Spring 2020 products launching in the Age Perfect Makeup Collection. I’m pretty excited about the Radiant Concealer with Hydrating Serum since this is targeted at a more mature audience. For a while there it seemed like drugstore brands were really targeting younger consumers with blue lipstick launches, etc…! Nice to see a concealer for more mature eyes.

But wait, there’s more…! There’s quite a few items launching for Spring 2020 in the Age Perfect Makeup Collection.

Here’s a few others.

Bobbi Brown Crushed Oil-Infused Gloss for Spring 2020

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Spring 2020 must be near because lip oils are popping up everywhere! The latest to hit my radar is the new Bobbi Brown Crushed Oil-Infused Gloss that’s available in 14 shades. Bobbi Brown has deteriorated over the last years. Some people will blame the fact that Bobbi stepped down and left in 2016 but I fully believe that things went south way before that. It’s a brand very near and dear to my heart but even I can admit the quality simply isn’t there.

Here’s the interesting thing though….

One of the areas that Bobbi Brown continues to shine is in the lip arena. Lipsticks, lipglosses, each new release the brand puts fourth is really quite good. The eyeshadow palettes may be hit or miss but Bobbi Brown crushes in when they launch a new lip formula. That’s why I’m confident Bobbi Brown Crushed Oil-Infused Gloss will bring something fresh and new to the lip oil world.

These are a hybrid formula of sorts that’s mostly lipgloss and a bit of a lip oil as well to hydrate lips while providing shine and a hint of tint.

A super smooth, ultra-hydrating, and never-sticky lip gloss in sheer shades from bare to bold.”There loaded with quite a few different oils such as olive, apricot, avocado, and jojoba along with Sodium Hyaluronate.

I’m curious to try them. Bobbi Brown hasn’t failed me in the lip department lately so I trust these new Crushed Oil-Infused Glosses will hit the spot.

Bobbi Brown Crushed Oil-Infused Gloss is $27 and available now at Sephora.

Everything Is Coming Up Roses With Garnier Water Rose SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water

This was provided to me by a brand for review and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post but all opinions are my own.
5 stars out of 5

Garnier Water Rose SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water is a new formulation of the classic Garnier micellar water that features rose water. Technically speaking rose water is a plant extract that some people might not want to use on their face but I like it! I used to use rose water toner and facial mist as part of my daily routine. It just makes me feel like a Victorian lady!

I thought it was rather novel that Garnier decided to release their popular micellar cleansing water in a new version that included rose water! This actually released a few months ago but I didn’t indulge because I’m working my way through one of the huge bottles of Garnier Micellar Water but brand was nice enough to send me a sample recently so I finally got to take it for a test drive.

I Want To Try Drunk Elephant F-Balm Electrolyte Waterfacial Mask

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Drunk Elephant F-Balm Electrolyte Waterfacial Mask is a new cooling and hydrating sleeping mask that will be available shortly. I’m curious about this one I have to admit. It contains some rather good ingredients such as squalane, Niacinamide, Propanediol, glycerin, olive oil, coconut water, jojoba, Sodium Hyaluronate, etc…!

The mask targets anyone with drier skin that has a loss of elasticity and needs to improve the skin’s natural barrier while protecting it against environmental stress. It should brighten up your complexion as well since Niacinamide is very, very high on the ingredients list.

As I said in my prior post for the new First Aid Beauty FAB Pharma Arnica Relief & Rescue Mask, now is the time brands start targeting us with new skincare! I always really, really like this time of the year because major skincare products launch. And hey, I love makeup as much as the next person but I REALLY love skincare! I’m curious about this new mask!

Sadly, it doesn’t come cheap. It’ll set you back $52! But hey, who knows, maybe it’ll make me look amazing.

Drunk Elephant F-Balm Electrolyte Waterfacial Mask will be launching soon at Sephora.
