I Hope Lush Perfume Oils Are Here to Stay

5 stars out of 5

I picked up a few of the new Lush Perfume Oils that launched earlier last month for the Christmas season. One of which was Yog Nog that quite reminds of of Jo Malone’s Ginger Biscuit but I think it’s a much better scent in comparison.

Right now Lush offers these perfume oils in a few scents such as Grass, American Cream, Butterball, and others. Don’t quote me but I think Breath of God has always been in an oil formula but I just never really gave it a glance because it’s not my favorite Lush scent. Or maybe I’m wrong. None the less, this is my first time trying Lush Perfume Oils and I’m ever so glad I indulged.

Hot New Eyeshadow and Makeup Palettes for Spring 2019

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

I didn’t expect to want any new makeup or eyeshadow palettes for Spring 2019 and I was even tempted to put them on my list of trends that must die. But really, who am I kidding? Palettes have always been a major downfall for me. I dunno what it is but I love a good palette. The assortment of shades, the possibilities of creating a ton of different looks, mixing and matching shades, it all makes palettes very fun even if I have several thousand already.

It may still feel like Christmas but Spring 2019 Makeup Collections are on the way and there are plenty of hot new makeup palettes available right now from NARS, Bobbi Brown, Catrice, and more!

Here’s some that caught my eye!

Tatcha The Silk Canvas Protective Primer Will Set You Back $20 Not $52

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

If you still have your eye on Tatcha The Silk Canvas Protective Primer (which I hated but still gets raves reviews across the board) but have been a little wary to set down $52 for it here’s a better solution for your wallet.

Go get Poreless Putty Primer from E.L.F. for $8! Well, not really as I haven’t technically tried that one yet so no idea if it’s an actual dupe for Tatcha’s version! We might have to wait and see how that one pans out.

So, the original it is!

Tatcha The Silk Canvas Protective Primer is available in a mini size now that won’t set you back $52 but a mere $20! Plus it’s rather generously sized at 0.24 oz. I’ve always felt this was a little goes a long way formula so, 0.24 oz seems quite generous to check it out and decide if you have to buy that full-size version for yourself.

You can snag the mini version now at Sephora!
