Carol's Daughter Body Cream

I recently picked up Carol’s Daughter Vanilla Truffle, Angel Food Cake, and Buttercream Cocoa Body Creams when I purchased the new Carol’s Daughter Monoi Eau de Toilette on HSN.com.

They had Jamaican Punch as well but it’s on back order sadly!

Some of these body creams aren’t available on the Carol’s Daughter website so, I was quite happy to see them come in stock at HSN. My experience with Black Vanilla Body Cream was a little mediocre as I felt like the scent could have been stronger but I had none of the same issues with these three fragrances! They are quite strong and smell incredible.

Take a look!

This is the best money I’ve spent on body cream in a while. This formula is super heavy duty and does take a little elbow grease to get worked in and fully absorbed but it hydrates like nobody’s business and leaves my skin super soft and smooth. I use it directly out of the shower which makes it easier to absorb since it is very, very, very thick.

I’ve been wearing each one daily since getting them earlier last month and I swear I can easily do without perfume! They make my skin smell so lovely. Typically I add a little Body Fantasies Vanilla Mist after application as this really give a gorgeous gourmand finish to the blends!

I got:

  • Vanilla Truffle (This is a mix of creamy vanilla, white chocolate, and sugar! It smells like an exotic vanilla cupcake!)
  • Buttercream Cocoa (Yum! This is a gorgeous buttercream scent swirled with subtle hints of chocolate and sandalwood)
  • Angel Food Cake (Nutmeg, Rose, and Tahitian Vanilla give this blend a lemony poundcake-like fragrance! It also happens to pair up brilliantly with the Monoi Eau De Toilette)

If you’re a body cream addict I HIGHLY recommend picking some of these up. They smell ridiculously beautiful and aren’t your typical gourmand blend as there’s a little something sexy and sensual in the back note of each that keeps them from being too sweet or foody.

Love love love them!

Can’t recommend them enough!

What the Jamaican Punch Like? And what’s the deal with the Monoi Perfume? Was it just a dream, or did they actually have it?

I have a link in this post to both the Monoi Perfume Review as well as the Jamaican Punch Review if that helps! Yup, they had the perfume available for a short time. Hope this helps!
