Here are plenty of recent lipstick hits that you need to try!

Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Drench Lip Splash Lipstick (Review)
Tarte’s dreamy, creamy, pigment rich formula definitely proved irresistible! You can’t beat the smooth, creamy texture of these color loaded lipsticks and they wear like a champ too and let’s not forget they are available in a huge assortment of shades!

Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Lipstick (Review)
Soap and Glory’s incredible line of Sexy Mother Pucker Lipsticks have finally arrived in the US and they were well worth the wait. I tried a matte version out but there are also satins available. It was pigmented, creamy, and never drying with a smooth, even finish on my lips! Do like!

Sephora Rouge Balm (Review)
Sephora’s Rouge Balm has only one problem, what’s that you say? WE NEED MORE SHADES! Please give us more shades! I’ll buy every single one! This gorgeously creamy, smooth, and moisturizing lip color is pure bliss to wear! It provides color, gorgeous shine, and plenty of moisture to my parched lips. Loves it! Believe me, you’ll love it.

Tarte The Lip Sculptor Lipstick & Lipgloss (Review)
I loved these dual-sided lipsticks and lipglosses from Tarte! The creamy smooth, hydrating lipstick has a slick, lightweight texture and the coordinating shade of gloss is perfect for adding depth and glossiness to lips after applying lipstick. These are truly one of my fav picks from the Summer.

About the Muse

Isabella MuseIsabella is just an average everyday geeky girl who doesn’t blend her eyeshadow correctly, wears too much blush, and hopes she never finds her holy grail products because she likes the thrill of the chase so much. Her mission is to bring you super honest reviews on makeup, skincare, fragrance and all things beauty. She’s in no way an expert on the topic and she sure as hell isn’t a super model. But she’s passionate about makeup and is seeking like-minded individuals that like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, and ones that enjoy spending hundreds of dollars at Sephora without feeling buyer’s remorse. The new Shiseido Rouge Rouge! I hate the color I got, but oh lord, the formula. I love it.

I like the Jouer Liquid lipsticks. The formula doesn’t dry out your lips like most due. It feel like a whipped formula when applied and the colors are amazing. Plus it doesn’t make your lips look crusty.

I totally agree with you that the Sephora balms need a larger color range.

There is something about looking at a brand new lipstick that hasn’t been used yet that makes me all warm and tingly inside.

Was waiting for a sale/coupon but definitely going to pick up some of those S&G lipsticks. And also the plum colored Sephora balm.

Makeup Revolution came out with those rose gold containers and a limited amount of shades for Ulta. I’m using Chauffeur as a touch-up because the pink nude works on me. And the rose gold bullet is so gorgeous! Thanks, Muse, for writing about it when it first came out!

The soap and glory one looks divine, and it’s the exact shade of red that I love! I recently picked up a Butter London “Bloody brilliant” lip crayon and it is perfect! The shade is called Ruby Murray and it’s a beautiful ruby red that leaves a nice stain. The best part, it normally retails for $20 but I bought it at TJ Maxx for 4 bucks!

Those new Shisiedo lipsticks are gorgeous.
The new lipsticks I have purchased is Milani’s Tuscan Toast and Bronze Beauty. I know it was released last year in the US, but we have just been able to access it here. Both are glorious autumnal tones that work well with my red/gold hair, very fair skin and grey/blue eyes.
Just love this brand for their lipsticks.

I like the Tarte rainforest lipsticks, however they are way tooooo soft. I’ve broken the two that I bought and won’t waste any more money on them. I don’t even live in a warm climate either, I can’t imagine having them in my purse if I lived in FL!

I did like the Kiko Milano limited edition Mirage lipsticks
