That One Candle Holder That My Best Friend Made Me Buy
Well, Fall is here when Bath and Body Works starts slamming us with $12.95 3-Wick Candles and the intricate candle holders that go along with them! Last week, Bath and Body Works has an early Fall Candle Sale with all 3-Wickes marked down to $12.95 (even the Stranger Things Collection)! And this week they they started rolling out the new Fall Decor aka candle holders, Pocketbac holders, etc…!
I swore to myself that I’d remain on my candle ban! I just have WAY too many candles to get through and as tempting as it is to stock up on new ones I’m doing my damn best to remain strong and not give in to temptation. Things were going great. I managed to get through the candle sale without making a purchase. Hell, I even had a 20% off coupon code which would break down the $12.95 candles to $10 bucks and some change.
But…
My bestie texted me a picture of the new Owl Pedestal 3-Wick Candle Holder last week and said, “Do I need this?” and it was an immediately yes, she absolutely needed that and so did I. We didn’t have time for a stop at Bath and Body Works since I got that text. Which means when it landed at bathandbodyworks.com this morning it was an immediate add to cart moment. Do I really need it? No. Did I really want it? Yes, 100 times, yes! It’s adorable. How could I not add it to my collection? Plus I had 20% off and it’s actually quite large for $40 bucks! We all know that Bath and Body Works prices are obscene lately so the fact this is $39.95 actually makes it feel like some weird deal I’m getting. The pic below belongs to my best friend but as you can see Mr. Owl is quite cute.
And P.S. I mean, I may or may not have gotten a little crazy an also, snagged the Apple Cider PocketBac Holder. Judge me if you must.
