Who’s excited about the new Stila Double Dip Suede Shade & Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow for Spring 2020? I know I am! Stila has combined the best of both worlds in these double-sided eyeshadows with a matte Suede Shade on one end and a Glitter & Glow shade on the other. The formulas can be mixed, matched, layered, or worn individually to create a variety of looks!

How very Huda Matte & Metal Melted Double Ended Liquid Eyeshadow of them right? But I like Stila’s formula way better so, I’m all about these.

Stila launched these in 12 gorgeous shades for Spring 2020 and each will set you back $24. I was curious about the size compared to a regular Glitter & Glow or Suede Shade which are each $24. Does the new Double Dip Suede Shade & Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadows equal a single shade size or are they larger? Sadly, Stila hasn’t listed the actual size on their website! I’d be curious to find out.

• Grey Fox (warm grey taupe / icy multicolor sparkle)
• White Out (matte white/ translucent base with multi-color sparkle)
• Smitten Kitten (warm caramel brown / champagne w/ silver & copper sparkle)
• Hot Tamale (warm brick / rich bronze & copper glitter)
• Coral Reef (neon coral / pink and peach sparkle)
• Mint Julep (neon lime / sparkling turquoise & lime duo chrome)
• Beach Wave (pearlescent light teal / translucent teal base with multi-color sparkle)
• Spicy Mustard (yellow / true 24k yellow gold sparkle)
• Camera Ready (bright purple / bright purple & periwinkle sparkle)
• Pink Martini (millennial pink / light icy pink & rose sparkle)
• Blue Jean (pearlescent sky blue / blue translucent base with purple/green sparkle)

I really like the idea of these because Glitter & Glow eyeshadows are hit or miss in terms of pigment! Sure, you’ll get sparkle from them but sometimes they colors aren’t intense. It’ll be nice to have a good solid, pigmented base for the Glitter & Glow shade to lay on top of! It’ll intensity the pretty sparkle I think.

I see quite a few shades I want to jump on like Coral Reef which has a matte coral base and a peachy pink sparkle and Spicy Mustard that has a matte yellow and a golden sparkle! There are going to be pretty cool if you want to do a simple matte color wash on your lid and of course, you have the addition of sparkle should you want to amp things up!

I was searching these out on Sephora today but sadly, as per my other post, it appears Stila is exiting Sephora. As of now the Stila Double Dip Suede Shade & Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow is available on Stila’s website and hopefully soon at Ulta too!

Stila might not be available at Sephora soon! I was browsing Sephora.com today and I noticed most of Stila’s catalog has been downsized dramatically! As of now Sephora carries seven Stila products. Could this mean Stila is exiting Sephora? I have to admit this is rather sad as I remember Stila being one of the first “big” brands I purchased from Sephora many, many years ago!

I mean, I could be paranoid maybe they are revamping the line but somehow I feel like Stila’s time at Sephora is coming to an end. We’ll have to keep a close eye on the stock at Sephora and see how things go down and if the new Stila Double Dip Suede Shade & Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadows pop up I’ll feel more confident Stila is sticking around but as of now things aren’t looking great!

I know I will! I can easily purchase Stila from Ulta or the brand’s website but I shop Sephora most so, I will definitely miss it if it disappears from their shelves.

Bath and Body Works Easter 2020 has arrived and with it a new Sweet Bunny Berry Fragrance to fill your baskets with! During Christmas when all those delicious Christmas scents launched like Bright Lemon Snowdrop and Santa�s Blueberry Shortbread launched I said I hoped that they would carry on with more novel food-y and gourmand blends for Spring and they did just that with the introduction of Confetti Cake Pop, Strawberry Pound Cake, and Margarita Cupcake! But I never expected a fun scent for Easter too! I may be counting my chicks before they hatch, Easter pun intended, but wouldn’t it be lovely if we seen some Halloween scents for Fall 2020? Remember Sinful Vanilla, Scream-a-Colada, Spider Cider, and all those great Halloween body lotions from a few years ago!?

But I’m getting ahead of myself. Let’s chat Bath & Body Works Easter 2020.

Love Belif The True Cream Aqua Bomb? Well, now you can purchase it as well as products from other Korean brands like the Face Shop from Avon thanks to the fact that Korean parent company, LG Household & Health Care, acquired Avon back in October.

For Korean skincare and makeup aficionados the LG Household & Health Care is likely well known as it’s the parent company of a variety of brands like The History of Whoo, VOV, VDL, The Face Shop, and many others.

Already Avon has The Face Shop up and available online. It feels a little odd seeing Korean brands popping up on Avon’s website but still kind of cool too. Avon has long since needed a reboot and maybe this is exactly what they need to gain more interest.

Don’t worry the Avon you know and love is still here but they’ll be new additions and brands that they will offer along side their own products. I wonder the LG Household & Health Care’s influence will give Avon a leg up in the world of K-Beauty. K-Beauty is sort of an older trend at this point but still a popular one to say the least so I’d love to see Avon do something interesting with newer skincare and makeup launches and more K-Beautyish!

We’ll see how it goes.

In the meantime, you’ll be seeing brands like Belif available the next time you’re browsing Avon’s website or an Avon catalog!
