The new Avon Mother’s Day Collection for Spring 2019 has arrived and with it the new Flourish Honey Blossom Perfume arrives! Flourish Blossom Perfume is actually on sale for $15.99 so, I’m going to snag it and see what all the hype is about as I’ve been hearing some pretty great things about it. the notes sound really pretty with apple blossom, honeysuckle nectar, and vanilla orchid! Sounds lightly sweet and floral!

Also, Avon’s new Iconic Mother’s Day Collection is available. You may recall Avon did an Iconic Holiday 2018 Collection that was quite cute! I featured the Iconic Lipsticks in a review! They were fantastic and there are new shades with the Mother’s Day Collection to choose from.

Bath & Body Works Gingham Eau de Parfum ($39.50) arrived today! We discussed this one a few weeks ago and it’s finally available for purchase! I haven’t smelled it yet but I’m going to try and hop over to my local store after brunch on Sunday.

The fragrance has notes of bright florals such as blue freesia and soft violet and sweet citrus notes of clementine. It sounds quite lovely and I’m eager to try it.

It’s priced quite affordably at $39.50 for 2.5 oz and it is part of BOGO sale offers should you want advantage!

Tom Ford Emotionproof Concealer ($59) is a new full-coverage and waterproof concealer that I really need to get my hands on because you know I feel about the woe going on under my eyes. This new formula promises extra long-wear that will even cover up concealers. Ok, sign me up! We haven’t heard that claim since Kat introduced her concealer to the market several plus years ago! Anyone remember when she covered her whole body in it to prove that point?

Tom isn’t quite getting naked and covering up his entire body with Emotionproof but just so he knows I’m here for that if he wants to go ahead and do just that.

I’m a little confused about this formula though! Is a concealer or is it a foundcealer!? Because I gotta say I’m not into the whole I’m a foundation but I’m a concealer too but I’m a concealer and I’m a foundation.

No.

I like my concealers to be one tricky ponies. I just need them to work under my eyes and I don’t need them multitasking as a foundation. This formula seems like it might be more of an all over foundation/concealer and if that’s the case I probably won’t like it.

But we shall see….!

If it is a concealer sign me up because all this water, sweat, humidity, and transfer-proof extreme wear pigmented promises has me all sorts of excited! Makeup orgasm!

Summer is coming! Prepare yourself with the new NARS Hot Nights or Summer Lights Face Palettes! I’m pretty sure at least one of these is coming home with me. I really like the Summer Lights Face Palette! It’s such a basic yet beautiful selection of eye colors. Although, I might not make all that much use out of the highlighter and bronzer grrr! The palettes contain four eyeshadows each, one highlighter, and one bronzer. I wish they just included eyeshadow!
