I’ve been doing a little virtual shopping at Sephora and adding a few things to my wish list! As if I need more makeup right?! But really, that never stopped me.
Here are some cool things that you can buy at Sephora right now that caught my eye (and will likely come home with me sooner rather than later).
I picked up one of the eight shades of Almay Goddess Gloss ($10) that launched with the Almay Cosmic Collection. This is a new range of lipgloss with a prismatic finish that was created to be worn alone or layered over your favorite lip color.
As you know I tend to stay away from lipglosses like this as they always look way too frosty on me. But more and more brands are embracing some sort of galaxy, outer-worldly collection for Summer (or maybe it’s more mermaids and unicorns) this year so I gave into temptation and grabbed a really, really pretty pink shade from this collection called Fairy.
The Etude House Dear My Blooming Lips-Talk Rose Kiss Edition is a new, limited edition lipstick vault that contains 12 mini cream and chiffon (matte) finish Dear My Blooming Lips-Talk Lipsticks in a mini sizes. I wasn’t going to order this. I talked myself out of ordering this several times but it didn’t work as in the end I caved and purchased it.
I just had to have this one! It has such a great assortment of shades (beautiful reds, berries, and oranges) plus it’s just so adorable! After trying it out I don’t regret the purchase in the least.
Here’s the good word.
You know it’s a little sad when you can just tell an eyeshadow palette is going to be bad just from promo images alone. I got up at this morning, hopped on the treadmill, and starting quickly browsing through Sephora and I saw the new Bobbi Brown Night Drama Eyeshadow Palette and literally cringed in horror. I could be wrong, terribly, terribly wrong! Actually, I hope I’m wrong but I fear I’m not.
This one looks bad.
The Body Shop Face Mist Collection launched at Ulta.com and I feel like I need them all! Ok, so maybe I should eat my words here because when Bath & Body Works did face mists a few months ago I was a little like, “Naa don’t need ’em!”. But The Body Shop does the same exact thing in scents like coconut and strawberry and suddenly I’m all, “Oh my god I need these in my life”.
I’m such a saddo!
I probably don’t need these either because I’ll be honest here, I found my holy grail facial mist a long time ago in Sana Hadanomy Collagen Mist but I still love to try new ones none the less!
