Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Facial Toner Review

This was provided to me by a brand for review and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post but all opinions are my own.

Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Facial Toner ($44) brings me way back to days when rose water and glycerin were a staple of my skincare routine. I used to be utterly obsessed with Burt’s Bees Rosewater Toner! It was such a staple part of my skincare routine because it acted so well at restoring loss moisture after a cleansing.

The new Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Facial Toner takes everything I love about rose water and glycerin and injects it with Hyaluronic Acid and makes it twice as awesome as ever before.

Pretty Vulgar Poisonous Pout Plumping Lipgloss Review & Swatches

I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.

I’m always been terribly attracted to lip plumping lipglosses which made Pretty Vulgar Poisonous Pout Plumping Lipgloss ($22) a rather appealing pick up for me. I know, I know, most of them don’t actually plump lips up but my inner masochist seems to enjoy the tingle and bite from cinnamon laced formulas like DuWop Lip Venom. Poisonous Pout Plumping Lipgloss is apparently infused with a natural peptide complex that acts to create smoother, fuller lips.

Does it work?

Benefit Pore Minimizing Makeup Added to the POREfessional Collection

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Benefit The POREfessional Pore Minimizing Makeup ($30) is an interesting new face makeup that acts to minimize the appearance of pores. This is a matte finish foundation that promises to have a weightless formula to reduce oil while blurring pores and wearing up to eight hours. It includes a built-in pore-blurring sponge for a smooth finish. I actually thought this was a tinted primer of sorts like Sunday Riley’s Effortless Breathable Tinted Primer but they are actually seem to promote it as a foundation of sorts.

I don’t really like matte foundation but I was hoping this might be a lightweight fluid foundation as I love formulas like that. They are fab for my skin and incredibly natural looking. I’m hoping for a Lunasol Modeling Beige Skin or Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua Ultra Light Skin Perfecting Makeup consistency!

Benefit The POREfessional Pore Minimizing Makeup is available in five shades and available now at sephora.com and ulta.com.

Will you be trying it out?

Tarte Clay Stick Foundation for Summer 2017

Tarte Clay Stick Foundation ($39) arrives on the scene just in time for Summer contouring and sculpting. Tarte markets this stick foundation as having 12 hours of wear in a creamy matte formula that’s weight and provides natural medium-to-full coverage. Honestly, they had me at natural finish but lost me at matte! None the less I’m still curious about the texture. Apparently, if you buy a darker shade you can also contour with it. Tarte does so love to multitasking many of their base products as contouring tools, I’m talking to you Shapetape!

This formula is infused with Amazonian Clay and promises a shine-free cake-free finish that’s free of talc. Amazonian Clay actually acts to balance skin so it hydrates as it mattes depending on your skin type. Hmmm….!

It’s available in 13 shade selections and can be purchased now at tarte.com and at sephora.com.

What do you think?

Worth a haul?
