Sephora Favorites Give Me More Lip, Lashstash, and Other New Holiday/Fall 2019 Favorites Sets

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Sephora Favorites Give Me More Lip returns for the Holiday 2019 season and there are other new Sephora Favorites Gift Sets that launched today for Fall/Holiday 2019. Typically the Give Me More Lip Set arrives around this time of the year in a simple cute lip shaped box. But as per my discussion early about Fall Collections merging Holidays ones you can see that the Give Me More Lip box is a little more festive this year compared to year’s past.

Clinique Cool Down Cheek Pop Palette Brings a Refreshing Shade Selection To Your Cheeks

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Clinique Cheek Pop Palette in Cool Down ($29.50) arrives today and it’s quite different from past Cheek Pop Palettes we’ve seen isn’t it? Those of you who have been yelling at the makeup industry for cooler shades can rejoice in this palette that contains three cooler blush shades.

Shades: Ballerina Pop, Pansy Pop, Heather Pop

The shades arrive in a glittery compact which is a refreshing take on Clinique’s standard compacts. Clinique has definitely let loose in recent years and become a heck of a lot more fun hasn’t she?

Sadly, these shades won’t work for me but I know a lot of people who will adore this one.

Natasha Denona Metropolis Eyeshadow Palette Is Available Now and Stunning

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

Do I wait or do I buy the Natasha Denona Metropolis Eyeshadow Palette now? Available now at Sephora.com the stunning Metropolis Eyeshadow Palette contains 28 brand new shades with two new formulas. There’s not a lot known about this new formula aside from the fact they call it hydrating, comfortable to wear, and richly pigmented. I’d be curious to see how the new formula compares to the old.

Compared to some of her older 28-pan palettes this is considerably cheaper but you’re also less product for your buck. I don’t find myself minding so much as I’d rather have more variety in smaller sizes as I have so much eyeshadow it’s hard to get through it all! I appreciate the variety, cheaper price, and smaller sizes. But if you’re more reserved about your purchases you might not love that the pans are smaller.

One thing to note is the fact this reeks Fall! Finally, some great Fall shades because it feels like Holiday is merging into Fall lately!

There are some unusual pops of color here like a teal and a sea green but for the most part it’s a warmer palette that contains a few jewel tones. Again, that might be an issue if you’re wanting a more colorful shade range or a cooler one. I do so love a good warmer eyeshaodw palette though and this brings together some beautiful Fall foliage shades.

Shades include:

  • Rust (vibrant rustic-sienna metallic)
  • Troop (dark army-green matte)
  • Orium (coral with light greenish reflects duo-chrome)
  • Shield (olive-green metallic)
  • Ripe (coral-terracotta matte)
  • Stain (dirty-apricot matte)
  • Mace (copper-nude metallic)
  • Rope (warm-beige matte)
  • Fuse (rustic-gold high shine)
  • Lethal (avocado-green matte)
  • Penny (bronze high shine)
  • Chrism (peach matte)
  • Aqueous (vibrant aqua-blue metallic)
  • Queen (pearly pink-champagne metallic)
  • Blaze (champagne-gold high shine)
  • Noble (taupe metallic)
  • Imperia (brassy-gold metallic)
  • Royal (dark forest-green matte)
  • Crest (rosy-coral metallic)
  • Enigma (midnight-blue matte)
  • Pure (brown old-rose matte)
  • Azoic (mustard-taupe-brown matte)
  • Jubilee (vibrant teal metallic)
  • Symbol (deep-teal matte)
  • Rhizome (warm-mustard matte)
  • Claret (rosy-fuchsia metallic)
  • Helena (light apricot with pink reflects shimmer)
  • Antique (dark pink-brown matte)

Natasha Denona Metropolis Eyeshadow Palette is $129 and available today at Sephora.

13 High-End Lipsticks and Lipglosses To Add to Your Fall 2019 Wardrobe

There are so many new high-end lipsticks (and lipglosses) for Fall 2019 I’m having a hard time deciding which I want to indulge in. I think the best part about some of the newer launches is the fact they aren’t all matte! Oh my god yes! Finally! Ok, don’t get too excited! There are some mattes. It seems like Fall is the season for matte lipstick! But there are a lot of shiny lip options as well! At the top of my list to try are those new Bobbi Brown Luxe Shine Intense Lipsticks. Bobbi’s really been kicking it out of the park lately with lipstick formulas! I hope you snagged some of those Crushed Liquid Lips that were on sale at Macy’s because they are great for Fall and such a great formula too! I’m just mentioning those because that’s just one of the many formulas Bobbi Brown has launched recently that are awesome.

Speaking of shiny lipsticks and sales grab up Lipstick Queen Rear View Mirror Lip Lacquer! It’s 30% off at Nordy’s and shiny and gorgeous and everything! I’m wearing it below!

Here’s 5 Things I Want To Try from Florence By Mills That’s Available Now

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

As you know Florence by Mills is a new makeup and skincare brand created by Millie Bobby Brown. It’s finally available at Ulta.com and it’ll be headed into stores on September 22nd. Marketed for Gen Z the line is vegan and PETA-certified and contains an assortment of makeup and skincare options that are $10 to $34.

I’m not exactly the Florence by Mills demographic but some of the items like Swimming Under the Eyes Gel Pads seem like they should be fitting for a dry skin girl like myself.

I think the line is intriguing so, I’m not writing it off as quickly as I did Tarte’s Sugar Rush Collection (which actually had some pretty good offerings despite some of the dumb marketing).

Here’s 5 things I want to try from the Florence by Mills line which are available now!
