Too Faced Tutti Frutti is a new scented makeup collection arriving exclusively at Ulta.com today and it looks like it’s going to be amazing! I’m pretty damn impressed with the promo images that Too Faced has released for the Tutti Fruitt Collection and I’m quite eager to get my hands on some of these items.

I didn’t expect something so bright and fun considering Fall is well on the way but this collection reeks Summer fun with bursts of sparkling and bold shades of pinks, greens, reds, and more! This is a collection that is going to most definitely make me broke!

There are a few re-run items such as It�s Bananas Brightening Setting Powder which appears to be a repackaged Banana Pudding from the I Want Kandee Collection as well as Too Faced Dew You Foundation Full-Coverage Fresh Glow Foundation which seems like a new version of Too Faced Peach Perfect Comfort Matte Foundation. And the Frosted Fruits Highlighter Sticks seem like new shades of the I Want Kandee Candy Glow Luminizer. I have hopes the It’s Banana’s Brightening Setting Powder proves better than the Banana Pudding one which I wanted to love but ended up hating!

All in all, it looks like the Tutti Frutti Collection is basically Ulta’s own exclusive version of the Peaches & Cream Collection that’s available to Sephora.

Urban Decay Aphrodisiac Eyeshadow Palette ($29) is a new, limited edition palette that contains six eyeshadows that are matte and shimmer in finish. I did a post about this yesterday where I mention how I think this is some prelude of a Naked Purple or Smoky Purple Eyeshadow Palette for Fall 2018. I couldn’t be completely off base here but I suspect that’s upcoming it’s just this time Urban Decay used a reversal strategy for the launch as originally the Naked Heat Eyeshadow Palette, which was bigger, launched before the Petite Heat Eyeshadow Palette. This this case looks like they are going smaller first and bigger later this Fall.

Purple does look like it’s going to be quite huge this season but with a twist as we’ve seen with the Norvina Eyeshadow Palette. What’s the twist? These purples aren’t cool by any means and are paired up with warm shades. I actually like this trend but I know a lot of disappointed by the lack of cooler shades. I don’t mind much since I don’t look great in cooler purples but I totally understand the disappointment.

Available in a whooping 45 shades Can’t Stop Won’t Stop Foundation is marketed as a lightweight yet waterproof liquid foundation. Don’t let the weightless, lightweight formula discourage you as apparently it’s quite pigmented and controls shine and oil with a wear of up to 24 hours that can be used by oil, combo, and sensitive skin types.

Along with the foundation they also released Can’t Stop Won’t Stop Matte Primer that creates a smooth surface for your foundation with a creamy texture that reduces shine and oil while extending the wear of foundation.

I’m curious enough to try the foundation even if I am drier but I have to actually have to see the colors as NYX shades are really odd for me and I find it difficult to find a match! I struggled so much with the Total Control Drops Foundation! The shades seemed perfect but in reality that were so much lighter than I imagined them to be!

A long time ago in a land not so far away Too Faced had a magical lipgloss formula called Mirror Mirror Lipgloss and I loved it (please tell me you remember it!?). It had absolutely zero pigment (even though it was available in several shades), was heavily flavored (which I didn’t mind), and most important had the most incredibly shiny finish ever. Oh my god! Seriously, the shine on this stuff could be seen from the moon. It was just so crazy shiny and glossy looking.

I’m talking Samantha Sang’s shiny lips turned up to 500! I always associate really super shiny lips with the disco era for some reason. I dunno if it’s dated or not but I still love the wear glossy lips. I’ll apply lipstick and right on top, I’ll load up tons of clear glossy. Probably defeats the purpose of lipstick especially ones with a matte or satin finish but I love me a good glossy lip.

Mirror Mirror Lipgloss is long gone but I do love me some Maybelline New York Lip Studio Shine Shot Lip Topcoat which is almost as great as Mirror Mirror! It’s definitely on the top of my favorite lipgloss formulas!

Other favorite lipglosses include:

• Revlon Kiss Plumping Lip Creme (Why are people not raving these? They are such a my lip but better gloss formula!)
• Fenty Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer (I’d be in heaven if Riri finally launched this formula in more shades! Such a great gloss!)
• Milani Amore Shine Liquid Lip Color (I literally just raved these a few days ago! Not sure if they can be considered a traditional lipgloss since they do pack a mighty pop of color but man they are formulated so beautifully!)
