Shangpree Gold Premium Modeling Mask is probably one of my biggest facial mask indulgences and I feel absolutely no regret or guilt about that. I’m one of those people that curls their nose up in disgust at brands like Lancome and SKI-II hawking boxes of facial masks that set you back $100 plus dollars. Why would you pay that much for a sheet mask when there are so many different Korean sheet masks that will cost you so much less and work just as well?

I can’t say the same for Shangpree Gold Premium Modeling Mask because I’m totally guilty of indulging in these are $20 a pop. Wince. I know. I should be shot. But I LOVE this facial mask so hard and it does such incredible things for my skin. Please don’t judge me for this one little indulgence 😉

Calgon Makes Marshmallow, Red Velvet, and Cotton Candy Scents Did You Know?

Did you guys know that Calgon makes marshmallow, red velvet, vanilla, and cotton candy body mists? What planet am I living on that I never across this wonderfulness? I’m a massive, did I say massive? I mean massive fan of Hawaiian Ginger! It was like my signature scent in high school and to this day I still love how sweet and yummy it smells! I always haul it out during Summer because it’s the perfect scent for the warmer weather.

I dunno why because I wasn’t searching for it but recently I was recommended a Calgon Sweet Confections Set on Amazon. Yeah, so Amazon just knows what you want even if you’ve never browsed for it on their site or purchased it from them before. There are code monkeys out there in Seattle watching every move you make on the Internet, learning what you like, and feeding this into Amazon. Big brother is watching.

I Purchased All The New Kilian My Kind of Love Fragrances and I Have No Regrets

I’ve been waiting and waiting and waiting for the new line of My Kind of Love Kilian Fragrances to launch at sephora.com and they finally did today and I hauled ALL of them. Well, let me clarify I hauled all the travel sprays ($30 each) because Kilian doesn’t come cheap and I can at least experience these new fragrances without overindulging too much!

As with most fragrance brands lately, Kilian has launched a new range of scents geared towards millennial. We’ve seen plenty of this already with launches like Angel Muse, Chanel L’eau, and Poison Girl just to name a few.

It comes as no great surprise that Kilian went this way since like the rest of the beauty brands out there it is owned by Estee Lauder and Estee Lauder does so love to target millennials. But also, Kilian has never been a niche house that ever took themselves too seriously. In saying this I simply mean they have unique, complex blends but they also aren’t afraid of releasing a scent that’s peppered with sweetness and all things yummy. Kilian Hennessy as always been very free with the gourmands. He’s also been free about potentially raising the $300 price point on the main line of fragrances so, I guess By Kilian fans can be grateful for the millennial line which starts at $30 and up to $135 for 3.4 oz. $135? A price unheard of in the Kilian world of fragrance and quite appealing to a younger demographic. Apparently at the current $300 mark the main line is not making the margins that Estée Lauder wants so stock up now before those prices disappear.
