L’Oreal Hydra Genius for Dry Skin

loreal-hydra-genius-for-dry-skin

L’Oreal Hydra Genius Skincare is arriving at drugstores soon for the Spring 2017 season and just in time for the cold weather ahead. I don’t have much information about this launch but Walgreens has some place holders for the line. Apparently the collection will feature moisturizers and serums that are customized by skin type one of which is for extra dry skin (hi, that’s me!). There’s going to be a water balm moisturizing which I found highly interesting as this is testimony how heavily the Korean and Asian skincare world has inspired out currently offerings at the drugstore.

L’Oreal is legendary for over fragrancing their products to death but they do have some very fine, solid skincare options available. I can’t believe I’m saying this as I don’t mind fragrance but if they’d lighten up on the fragrance a little they would likely gain a bigger fan base for their skincare.

None the less, scent or not, I will be seeking out and trying the new Hydra Genius Skincare Collection. I imagine the moisturizers will be similar to L’Oreal’s sister brand offering from Garnier, Nutritioniste Moisture Rescue Refreshing Gel Cream! But let’s hope they leave out the alcohol.

What do you think of this new L’Oreal Skincare Collection?

Think you’ll try it?

Do share!

L’Oreal Visible Lift Radiance Booster Arrives

loreal-visible-lift-radiance-booster

L’Oreal Visible Lift Radiance Booster Brightening Primer with 24HR Hydration is a new Spring 2017 releasing that’s popping up at Walgreens. I’m actually a massive fan of L’Oreal Visible Lift products! The blushes are brilliant, the concealer is fabulous, the foundation is lovely! Anything really that was launched in the Visible Lift Collection has always turned out fairly good.

I didn’t purchase this one as I’m not much for a glow-y or luminous primer but with strobing and highlighting being all the rage I’m sure it’ll gain insta-popularity across the Internet soon! The formula promises 24 hour hydration and it can be worn under foundation for a glowing finish or mixed in with foundation to brighten and add luminosity to your complexion!

This arrives at drugstores for Spring 2017 but if you’re lucky enough your Walgreens may be debuting a small display of tubes the way mine was and you can get it before anyone else and try it out for size.

If you do try it, let me know how it is!
