How to Make a Lush Snow Fairy Cocktail

lush-snow-fairy-cocktail

I hope and I pray by now that I convinced you to buy a big old bottle (or ten) of Lush Snow Fairy. Lush Snow Fairy Shower Gel is a limited edition seasonal Christmas/Holiday release and it only comes around once a year. It’s creamy, powdery, fruity, sweet, delicious, and above all all a unique scent that’s positively addicting! I’ve met many people who have gotten headaches or have simply been nauseated when walking into a Lush store only to tell me that later they ordered a bottle of Snow Fairy online because I raved it and they fell hard for it. So, forget everything you might dislike about Lush and try Snow Fairy.

I promise you’ll be hooked.

And to make it even more special here’s how to make a Lush Snow Fairy Cocktail, not one you can drink but one you can use in your shower!

I Use Lush Salted Coconut Hand Scrub On My Feet

lush-salted-coconut-hand-scrub

Lush Salted Coconut Hand Scrub is a delightful concoction that smells like Snowcake and can be used to soften up rough hands. It’s a pretty amazing formula as it contains fine sea salt and lemon as well as cupuaçu butter to gently exfoliate hands.

What’s the amazing part?

They actually say this will brighten skin and it really does. With the first use you’ll find the skin of your hands not only smoother but also visibly brighter. Can someone make a facial scrub as brightening as this? I tend to get a little roughness on the side of my hands in the Winter. Probably because my gloves are busy keeping my pockets warm and not my hands. For some reason, my gloves tend to remain in my pocket and not on my hands.

But wait, there’s more to this formula.

Like the fact that I use Lush Salted Coconut Hand Scrub on my feet.

Eyeshadow Palettes to Haul During the Sephora Sale (And Ones to Avoid)

I receive a small commission if you shop through my link.

sephora-sale-guide

I thought I’d do a round up post of eyeshadow palettes to to haul during the Sephora Sale! As you know the Sephora VIB Rouge Beauty Event takes place this week starting November 4th and gets you a whooping 20% Off your purchase with no exclusions!

This is a great time to haul some fantastic eyeshadow palettes but I think seasoned makeup addicts and even newer ones will find themselves migrating towards the massive, glittery Holiday palettes that brands put out this time of the year. I’m here to say that most of those palettes are avoidable. Don’t waste your money! There are a lot of quality eyeshadow palettes out there that are part of brand’s core collections. The limited edition force is strong, I know, I’m drawn into it too most days of my life but try to avoid the hype and dig deeper to score a good deal on an eyeshadow palette that’s worthy of your cash!

Here’s a list of eyeshadow palettes to haul during the Sephora and ones to avoid too!

Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips Lipstick Review & Swatches

This was provided to me by a brand for review and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post but all opinions are my own.

charlotte-tilbury-hot-lips-lipstick-2

Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips Lipstick ($32) is the first lipstick I’ve actually finished in a long time! Hot Lips is Charlotte’s new soft, velvety matte lipstick formula that launched earlier this fall in 12 gorgeous shades.

As you know I’m not a huge matte lipstick lover and I typically prefer gloss over lipstick. But I’m pretty proud to say that I have a little nibble of my Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips Lipstick in Electric Poppy as I’ve used it all up. I deserve some major reward for almost finishing a lipstick.

Ulta Pumpkin Spice Moisturizing Body Lotion Review

I purchased this item and I receive a small commission if you shop using the links in this post.

It’s still Fall so let’s chat Ulta Pumpkin Spice Moisturizing Body Lotion because it is the ideal layering tool if you have a ton of pumpkin-y gourmand scents you might have picked up from Lathers & Lights.

Bath & Body Works Pumpkin Apple Cider, Pumpkin Cupcake, and Salted Caramel Pumpkin didn’t quite leave up to my standards of what spicy pumpkin should smell like but no such issues with Ulta Pumpkin Spice Moisturizing Body Lotion, they nailed it.
